1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language...
1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out.
2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement.
3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024.
Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.
Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.

We only had an evening in Seeb. It was a vibrant and busy place after the quiet of the mountains. We had a superb fish supper on the coast road - we had a choice of several fish.
Seeb is close enough to the airport to make it an easy trip.

Al seeb has a new Mall, The Mall of Muscat, with the Oman Aquarium inside. Also has a Souq with many shops for furniture, garments and gold jewerly. I´t is a nice location if you don´t want the rush of Muscat. You can even have a relaxing beach walk or go to any of the cafes around the Wave Marina
Rareky have I felt so well taken care of as I have felt from this hotel. From the moment of booking, through the pick up at airport, hotel arrival and getting advice on how to travel and where to visit in the city, the hotel has been incredible. Rooms huge, as well as breakfast! The staff are some of the nicest and most responsive I have ever met. They went above and beyond when we needed some advice on a car rental, and they fixed all our problems for us. I cannot more highly recommend staying! Thanks all!
Accommodation here was absolutely unique. Large and comfortable beds. There is a gym, rooftop pool, and rooftop views of Muscat. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. After a long time, I ate stuffed grape leaves. I sleep in hotels quite often, but I have never eaten such wonderful scrambled eggs at any hotel anywhere in the world. In the morning we needed to buy local sim cards. One employee went with us to show us where we could buy them. We were excited about our stay here and highly recommend it.

I don't have much of a hotel fascination. But I feel much better. They respected me. Reception and housekeeping I have the experience of all the staff. And Mohammad Rashed has spoken to me with a lot of respect. I have visited many hotels before but I have not received so much respect from any hotel like yours.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Standard room was quite big and clean. Overall impression was good. Bed is big and comfortable.
Location could be better, but we were looking for not expensive hotel around the airport, so Alsahwa Hotel was good option for us.
Great place. Staff is helpful and always ready to give any information you need and assist you in everything they can. Location is perfect, close to the airport. Price is reasonable for all the services they offer. I highly recommend you to stay in this hotel.
The staff are very kind and helpful at every moment. Location close to airport and marina. The room had great bedding and a stock fridge. A very comfortable stay and will return to it in Muscat on next visit
overall, the hotel is good value for the money. The description stated there was a sofa bed, but there wasn't. However, the hotel provided an extra bed free of charge.
