The intake staff was very helpful to us.
I didn’t realize I booked 2 rooms and there were three of us. We wanted to be together in one room.
The staff suggested he will give a family room
so we will all be together. He was also helpful when we forgot our chargers in luggages & he loaned us one.
I can’t recall the name of the staff but he has medium long wavy hair and about 5’5 tall. Kudos to him. He made our check in and stay relaxing.

staff and facilities are great. Breakfast is lovely (can be crowded and noisy during the weekend). Restaurants are pricey but the food is really good. I'm dairy intolerant vegetarian, but always found something that I could eat. Rooms are great, housekeeping efficient. The guys at the pool are very helpful. its great to be able to go into the sea as well as in the pool.
