The location is perfect to explore the area, and it's such a beautiful place, perfectly restored in the middle of the old town. The rooms are cosy and comfortable and the terrace is great to read a book and have coffee. Breakfast is great too.
They also offer day tours to Jebel Akhdar that I really recommend. It's a really great way to get an insight into the life of people in this area (as well as the amazing views!)

Staff was very nice. Before our arrival they turned on heating in our room as it was cold and raining. Hotel offers good massage. There is also restaurant with reasonable prices. We tried both.

The best location in the area. There's a heat controlled pool (but make sure to inform them about the pool as they might have turned off the heat in the low-season) . Great respectful and fast staff. Very beautiful room with a nice balcony. It was very clean.
