Not having friendly staff , very bad behavior and attitudes.
Dear [Hotel Management],
I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues related to the behavior and attitudes of the staff.
From the moment I arrived, I found the staff to be unfriendly and unwelcoming. There were multiple instances where I felt that my concerns and requests were dismissed or handled with a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Specific issues included:
Unhelpful Reception Staff: When I checked in, the receptionist was curt and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Simple questions about the hotel amenities were met with vague answers and a visible lack of enthusiasm.
Poor Attitude of Service Staff: During my stay, I encountered service staff who displayed very bad behavior. On one occasion, a request for additional toiletries was met with an annoyed response, as if I were imposing on their time.
Lack of Basic Courtesies: I also observed that the staff did not engage in basic courtesies, such as greeting guests with a smile or offering assistance without being prompted. This created an overall atmosphere of indifference that was quite off-putting.
The unfriendly demeanor and negative attitudes significantly impacted my stay and left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe that hospitality should be the cornerstone of any hotel experience, and the behavior I encountered was in stark contrast to this expectation.
I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues with your team. Improving staff training on customer service and ensuring that all guests are treated with respect and kindness can greatly enhance the overall experience for future visitors.

First of all and most important that it’s not Fanjah but Wakan. The place is named as in fanjah on booking.com that confused me initially and misleads. Only after calling the facility directly and after their assurance that the facility is in Wakan we proceeded to book there.
Wakan is a lovely mountain village that has a long ascending path that begins near the hotel & goes up to a view point. Highlight of our trip was apricot tree in full bloom! Rating I am giving in article 1 above is for WAKAN village and not for Fanjah.
