Extremely large and comfortable room with separate lounge. Breakfast good and adequate. Meals could be ordered in, or various restaurants are not far to walk on the same side of the road.
Duqum is a new city under construction. The city center is still under construction and tiny but you will find all the needed for your stay there.
The road Muscat-Duqum it self is a beautiful journey! It’s nice to take some off roads paths to take a break on pristine beaches (Khaluf-nafun). You will see camels every where and sand dunes!
Duqum has a lot of nice beaches all along the city and down to ras madraka. We loved the mix of dunes and rocks. The place is still very natural and wild.

the room and toilets were very small and the price was very expensive compared to what has been offered. the most disaster thing was the front desk. at first we called the hotel asking them to change our date of arrival. they have confirmed it with the new date, once we arrive they told us they are not expecting us to arrive, I have explained to them at least two time and the checking-in took very long time. the Indian person at the front desk doesn't know anything on how to handle his job. after the checking out, we still received a call from the hotel for the same issues.
The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very friendly and supportive.

You stay in Duqm to experience the Landspace surrounding it not the city itself. Its a developing port city in a free trade zone so no city to speak of just the hotels. Stopover location between Muscat and Salalah.
I come to Duqm during my Oman road trip.
But I had emergency there with my car battery.
Hotel manager Mr. Ahmed helped me a lot, he even brought his own jump starter to location outside the hotel to help me.
I am very grateful and impressed positively.

After a very long journey from Muscat to Duqm, when you enter into a place which immediately feels like home has to be one of the most comforting feelings one could ask for. For a business traveler like myself, to enter into a place that was stacked with all the necessities just made me sleep like a baby after a tiring day, :)
Location was great, comfortable room, great staffs (esp Nasir from reception and Khaled from the restaurant), and great facilities too (nice tennis court and upcoming padel courts). Beach is not good/ suitable for swimming but we liked the overall ambience of the hotel for our short stay en route to Salalah.
I liked the cleanliness of the place and the cooperation of all the hotel staff. All services are available and at a high level of comfort and safety. The price is also very reasonable. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was very delicious. Frankly, I would recommend it to anyone here in Duqm.
We stopped over on our way to Salalah. The food at the onsite restaurant was good, but a little expensive. Since we had some time to spare, we visited the Duqm rock garden. It was a unique experience. The location was convenient and easy to find. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The whole city of Duqm looks like it was designed by engineers rather than architects, great highways but minor roads are something to think about sometime in the future.
we got all the care and attentions from all the staff to get the most comfort stay in the hotel. the rooms are clean and wide and suitable to have good comfortable time. the reception is nice and you get a welcome drink in addition to coffee and dates.

The staff doesn't know how to smile, always on the angry face like we are staying for free of cost. Over priced hotel with less facilities. Only the positive thing is, it is easily accessible. Never go again.
