From my first step entering hotel and face to face with reception Mr. Farouk I recall.
I felt at home he was very helpful, cheerful, professional and explain everything to me. He is an asset to this hotel I personally recommend this hotel to everyone. Because of Mr. Farouk night time reception and cleanness of hotel I will always come back and recommend it to my friends. If Hotel well acknowledge and reward Mr. Farouk as he deserves credit for job well done and great service to me and surely other people coming to this hotel.
Lovely hotel in Al Buraimi. Kind and welcoming staff. Large sized apartment and rooms. Immaculately clean with nice decor. Very comfortable place. The Egyptian gentlemen on the desk are so helpful and inviting. It's a hidden gem. Would definitely stay again . Excellent value for money.
The cleanest facility in buraimi. Spacious hotel and we booked a suite for a family of 4. It was a short stay, but the staff were friendly, the rooms clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The hotel had dedicated parking. Looking forward to my next stay.
it was very bad experience we got, the hotel has no facilities at all, rooms & bathrooms was smell bad and lots of dust n room, tv not working , bed was not clean els..
Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone. worst experience ever.
This hotel had some mixed reviews but for me it was absolutely fine. The room was nice and everything worked (aircon, hot watet etc). The location was good. And for Oman it was very good value for money. Definitely recommended for an overnight stay.
Nothing to be liked in such hotel and such a management.
My advice for all booking customer if u want to visit Burimi to book in Sohar or go to Al-Ain in UAE to avoid such humility in such hotel.
Buraimi never had good hotels and with current borders situation things are even worst. All in all this is a small good for family hotel, they need to keep an eye in cleaning and maintenance.
