The cottages were great! They were all freshly new and well appointed. The outdoor space was beautiful and private.
The hosts were available to us at all times and loaned us the grill and oil.

The location was really easy to find and the tiny homes were really fun. Andy was a great host and recommended some great places to eat in town. I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked and provisioned they were with glassware, tableware, etc, along with a microwave, kettle, and little dining area. Totally comfortable. Andy even provided some home made fudge which was delicious. We ate and drank wine on the porch during sunset and felt absolutely content. We wished we could have stayed in Te Anau longer and explored a little more.

I stayed here 4 times but on 4 separate nights. Basically used them as home base for the Milford, Routeburn, and Kepler Tracks. So I'll just do one review for my 4 stays since I was in the same building but different rooms.
Location is great. It's literally attached to Tracknet which was the shuttle service I used to get into Te Anau and the Great walks. It's right across the road from the DOC center for picking up your permits.
Shared bathrooms were large. Multiple toilet and shower stalls. Kitchen was large and had large industrial fridges. Laundry room was open 24 hrs. They even have a storage room where for a small fee they'll give you a key for a locker to store your luggage and you can access the room 24 hrs.
Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. You can rent a towel for 2 nzd
Great value.
