Well priced, clean, comfortable hotel in town. I didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked nice and seemed popular with locals as well as guests. Decorated in an eclectic style. Good size rooms, comfy beds.

I stayed here with my kids five years ago, and it's great to be back. When we visit Nelson, we won't look for another place. The hotel was clean, and the staff was kind and easy to deal with.
This place was not actually in Stoke but Richmond.
This place was not actually in Stoke but Richmond. However there is a path where you can walk to Stoke in at about 45 minutes. Richmond has many shops and supermarkets. Stoke has two supermarkets and a few shops.
