I had the best stay at this property! The views from the rooftop were incredible. It is easy walking distance (7mins) to a beautiful sunrise view point. The food was good and staff was very friendly.

Service, staff, rooms, view, Spa facilities, restaurant & bar, round the clock service was all Very Good. The property despite its terrain has been designed in a very user friendly way.
Suggest you go in a group of at least 4-6 persons. or it can get boring. Not much to do around except trekking trails and long walks and yoga in the park. One can visit the city of Kathmandu and Pashupatinath temple. But if you are alone or a couple it can get a little lonesome. Excelent venue to get away from the madding crowd.

It is probably the most overrated place near Kathmandu.
It is probably the most overrated place near Kathmandu. The food prices are crazy expensive (it's not due the remote location as the restaurant owners will claim as a few decently priced restaurants are also available). The road is completely horrible around the Nagarkot main market. There is no petrol pump (gas station) and the place in general lacks any character.

The hike around the hills were easy and scenic. Just use GPS on the phone. Food is easily available. For the adventurous taking the bus to Bakhtapor is definitely a must, we had a careful driver and enjoyed it.

It's a quiet and serene place with wonderful mountain views. Lang tang Himal, Ganesh Himal and many others are seen from the viewpoint. Everest also can be seen, but it's very far. It is definitely a place worth staying for a few days.

EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION for hiking with pick up in Katmandu, dropped us off at Chengu Narayan for the day hike to Nagarkot with an arranged guide, half way the van met up in case some of our family wanted to drive to the hotel, our luggage was brought to the hotel and ready when we arrived, next day with guide hiked again and van met up again with our luggage at the suspension bridge and drove us back to Katmandu,
I liked everything about this hotel and stayed there for 7 days. The room was spacious and clean with amazing mountain view from the balcony. There was hot shower, kettle, TV. The bed and blankets were comfortable for sleep. The food was good and delicious, there were Nepali and Western dishes with prices as other local cafes. Staff were friendly and they did everything I asked.
The location is optimal. Not far from the shopping and bus stop area and not far from beautiful hiking trails.
We had a great stay! The hotel is beautiful and clean. The view is amazing and you can see everything from the rooms. We had a free upgrade and the staff was helpfull and kind. The food was good. Amazing price for the quality. The pool was clean and had a amazing view as well. Definitely would recommend this place and stay here afain! Bharat Badal was really kind and helped us when we couldn't get a bus because of the election. We could stay longer and he helped us get a cab.
Nice, clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. From your room and the terrace / balcony, you can view the magnificent Mt. Everest range, weather permitting. You can also spot a lot of Himalayan birds within the property itself. The highest level terrace of the hotel would allow you to experience the glorious sunrise and sunsets on the mountain ranges. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Food served was simple and tasty.
I thoroughly enjoyed the family-like welcome and warm hospitality at Nagarkot Trekkers Inn. The delicious home-cooked meals were a highlight, providing a taste of authentic flavours and adding to the homely atmosphere. The mesmerizing sunrise view from the balcony left you in awe and created lasting memories of the natural beauty surrounding the hotel.
The spa and massages were fantastic! Thanks to the team, Sumi, Shymala, Kobi for relieving all our aches in our bodies. They also instructed us on yoga in the morning. Prices were reasonable.
All other staff were polite and friendly.

The junior site room with jacuzzi and balcony looking out at the Himalayas was pure majesty. The food was very good but got old after a couple nights. The location of Country Villla to the nearby village, nature trails, and other hotels makes it a premier stop for any visit to Nagarkot.
The location of the hotel is perfect, as well as the value for money. Especially if you compare it to Kathmandu prices, the rooms are modern and clean for a good price. Also, the staff is nice and very polite. The food in the restaurant is ok, the service is great.
The views from the property was spectacular. The room we were given was a newer room on the property so it was clean, quiet, comfortable and the shower had hot water readily available. The onsite restaurant has a great delicious menu that is very reasonably priced.
