Beautiful location on the banks of the Tingvollfjord. Everything about this hotel was fabulous and it is definitely in my top 3 hotels out of the 30 I stayed at during my 5 week trip around Norway (actually stayed twice)! Amazing food, particularly the tasting menu dinner. Cozy lounges with real fires and amazing views of the fjord / surrounding mountains. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back!

Hotel location just off the road and right by the fjord where there is a small beach area to sit, sunbathe or even take a dip as the fjord is very shallow. We appeared to be the only tourists in the hotel other than a few workmen staying over. Probably because it was still considered low season (mid May). We were allocated a room which was perfectly adequate with a nice modern bathroom but we're told afterwards that we should have been given a better and bigger room and we were given the option to change. As we were settled we declined the offer. Dinner was made available and was very nice indeed, a Norwegian classic called bacalao, very tasty!! Staff friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

With views over Tingvollfjorden, these cottages are 22 km from Sunndalsøra village in a tranquil area. Each offers free WiFi and underfloor heating.

The cottage has all the amenities one can wish for. It is spacious and the interior is very cosy with all the wood.

Set next to the fish-rich Fjord Langfjord in Eidsvåg, Solstrand Fjord Holiday boasts a sauna and a private beach area. Kristiansund is 84 km away, while Molde is 50 km away.

The cabins are located right on the shore of the lake. The view is magical. Everything is very clean and very beautiful. The beds and mattresses are very comfortable. The cabin is equipped with everything you need. The host, Thor, is a special person who really cares that we feel the best possible. I have never met such an exemplary host. Highly recommended.

This is really by the sea. The living quarters are on the upper floor of a boat house, which has a ramp directly into the water. Access to the seaside is via stairs outside. There is a small motor boat available for the guest at no surcharge except fuel. It is extremely well kept and lies at the jetty outside. The living quarters are adequate for 5 people and suit a family really well. Bath is well equipped, has a washing machine and all other facilities. Kitchen is complete, workable for most types of cooking. There even is a pressure cooker. Hot water is abundant. Overall the house is very cosy. There is a small shopping center just 2km away, where there is a supermarket, fuel and also a small restaurant. Parking is just outside, less than 10m off.
