Very good location - 10/15 mins walk from city centre, train and bus stations. Friendly staff. Good size room with comfortable bed and bathroom. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Coffee available all day. Evening bar pleasant place to relax - beer at reasonable price (for Norway).

Comfortable hotel right in the city centre. All the required facilities are there. There was even a bathtub in the room!
The personnel is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel doesn't have own parking, but Lykkeberget P-Hus is affordable and has an exist right into the hotel.
Special thanks for the book with local sights in the room. Didn't know there is a little Stonehenge nearby.

The apartment was everything we could want for. Large rooms with double beds, the kitchen was large and had what we needed for our cooking. We were working in the apartment and there were comfortable working space. The area was very nice. The hosts were excellent and helpful.

Although not very modern, it is a charming, cozy and comfortable hotel.
Large rooms and bathroom with beautiful huge windows.
Nearby there is the main street with restaurants and walking area.
The hotel has its own nice restaurant, with very good dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city with shops and shopping malls and plenty of restaurants close by. The room was comfortable and decent. The breakfast proper. Very friendly staff in the morning. Helped figuring out the cycling route.
Fully equiped nicely renovated apartment. It has Everything you need for stay with the family. The host was very responsive. Sarpsborg has nice surrounding, we have visits the pacient carvings. Good wifi and possibility to watch Netflix.
I am sorry have to say, but this hotel is a worn down disaster. The room standard would fit a youth hostel, but not a hotel in this price category.
In addition I did not get my room cleaned while I stayed there.
Overslept the breakfast, but the area for breakfast didn't seem very tempting. The staff is friendly, but the hotel didn't undergo a major renovation in 40 years. They just painted etc.
We arrived to this hotel during our business trip. The staff is really lovely and nice to the guests. The hotel is owned by a family and you can feel it. I totally recommend it!
