We were warmly welcomed with a short guided tour and an introduction to the history of the house before heading to our room. It was strange at first to imagine staying in a museum for the night, you feel the need to be extra careful and respectful but the experience was unique though it's not everyone's taste. The setting is very pleasant, calm and green, the staff very friendly and the breakfast was excellent with a lovely view and homemade waffles. From the house you can reach the fjord by foot. As it is not easy to find a restaurant nearby (especially if you don't have a car), we had planned ahead an organized a little picnic in front of the fjord. I would recommend the experience but rather for a shorter stay.

The scenic nature view from the apartment is simply awesome. The apartment is small, but it is clean, spotless, and has everything we needed it is really well equipped and well organised, the owner pays attention to the very small detail and make them available. Very modern and new furniture, it feels like we were the first guests to use the apartment. The owner is very nice and friendly, she welcomed us on the arrival and explained everything to us, we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Olden.
The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious for our group of five people. It’s located in central Olden with a beautiful view overlooking Olden fjord. The apartment was spotless clean and is fully equipped which made our stay very comfortable. Lorenzen is very hospitable, friendly and gave us good tips on what to see and do in the area. He was always available to accommodate our needs and answer our questions. The price was reasonable and good value for money, highly recommended! We will be back. Thank you Lorenzen! :)
Olden is a good location to visit the glacier. The house located at a very quite and beautiful place which is definitely recommended. Well-equipped kitchen and machines for laundry (both wash and dry).
The host is very nice, very friendly and good service, clearly explaining how to use facilities, lock the door and introducing highlights to see close by Olden. While knowing we need a hair dryer, immediately the host got one from the supermarket for us. Now the house is with hair dryer for the future guests.

The apartment have 3 bedrooms (one small, and two with queen size beds), kitchen and living room with seating area for at least 6, and a comfy sofa with a pretty nice Sony 4k tv.
From the kitchen you have access to a nice terrace with amazing view of the water (Oldenvatnet).
They also have a beatiful bbq-area outside!
I highly recommend this place, and this would be my go to place next time i visit Olden/Loen!
The awesome, fabulous view I had from my cabin which was very comfortable, clean, cosy and warm with a very well-equipped kitchen.
The excellent service and the help provided for my rental car, the radio in the bathroom, the trails closeby, the stunning Nature all around.. The very cosy reception with everything you may need.

It’s located where the river enters the sea with a nice outdoor area outside for adults and children. Two free kayaks available at the property. Same building as a grocery store - very convenient. Perfect location to explore Olden, Loen and Stryn. The apartment is very modern with very nice light settings and curtains that let you sleep well in the dark even in the summer time. Well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, plus a double bed in the living room.
The location was phenomenal and really puts you right in the middle of Norway’s beautiful nature.
The cabins are perfect for a family of four and present you with gorgeous views.
Staff are friendly and willing to go out of the way to help if needed.
Property also provides free use of all water activities such as paddle boats, kayaks, row boats, and even a water trampoline.

What a charming getaway cabin! We absolutely loved everything about it! The location, the layout of the space, the view from the deck, the thoughtful decorations, the modern kitchen, the coziness and cleanliness of it all....it was our favorite stay during our trip to Norway! Would highly recommend to couples, and small families visiting this stunning region of Norway.
Lovely camping on a beautiful and convenient location. Bus stop (Skarstein) is right next to the camping and Olden village is within short walking distance. Everything was clean & staff friendly. The cozy cabin was right at the shore and had perfect view over the fjord arm Oldebukta.
