The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.
There is a really nice lounge to have some drinks. We came late due to traffic and they were very helpfull.
Don't forget to make reservations for the restaurant. We didn't eat there but we definitely will. The michellin star restaurant we won't miss next time.
De Zwaan is located in a monumental villa in the centre of Delden. The train station is a 5-minute walk away and Hengelo and Enschede are within easy reach.

Very nice modern renovation. Great big bathtub in the room. Which looks great and is conveniently located. The highlight of our room.
Great shower, two sinks with beautiful lighted mirrors.
Lots of light, and options to turn it on. There is tea, coffee, kettle.

Needs better quality beds in order to upgrade to the next level. One bedroom was huge, the other very small. No restroom on the second floor. There is a winding stairway so not suitable for less mobile guests: better get a suite with all amenities on the same floor. Nevertheless a charming property I would elect to stay in another time. However next time in a more handicapped accessible suite.
