The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice. I loved the location of the hotel - it was close to the train station and also to the centre of the old town.

NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE WEBSITE, EXACT OPPOSITE, DIRTY, OLD, STINKY!
Liked · Unfortunately NOTHING AT ALL!
The only good thing was the receptionist had spoken English & tried to guide me to the property.
Disliked · I paid for the room online over the Booking.com. The pictures of the property on the website were neat & looked tidy!
But as i have arrived it was exact the opposite!
The receptionist had to guide me to the property on the phone as at the time major renovation was in progress & scaffolding were placed in front of the property, which made it difficult to locate.
The area where the hotel is based, looked rough, the carpets in the lobby were stinky & to finish the experience off, my room has been already sold to someone else, even though I have paid for it online!
I got a cash refund & went out upset, as i driven for 3 days & was desperate to rest & now I was left to look for a room to sleep, last minute prices & availability in a city late night are a challenge for a tired traveller!
Very Disappointing!
This was a very relaxed, comfortable hotel surrounded by pleasant parkland with plenty of free parking and a lovely courtyard eating area. We had a large room with a view of the park. The food was good - we had dinner at the hotel both nights, one lunch and one breakfast. It was walking distance from Zuiderpark parkrun, which is what we were there for. It was easy to get into Den Haag centre on public transport, and not far to drive from the Hook of Holland ferry.
The check-in was smooth. The staff were helpful whenever I had a question or asked for assistance. The room was quite spacious. I paid just under 200 Euros for a three-night stay for two people. This was a better price per person per night than hostels in Den Haag or Rotterdam. It is very easy to get to Den Haag or Delft by train from Rijswijk. The hot water supply was good and the water pressure was good. The beds were comfortable enough.
The airlines lost our luggage and the hotel staff did an outstanding job in trying to track our bags down. The front desk staff were persistent and were able to have one of our bags delivered to the hotel. The restaurant is located in a seperate building next to the hotel. The restaurant management and staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food (we ate breakfast and dinner) was excellent.
It is a pretty cute and cool location with a small nearby shopping street incl. grocery store, pubs, and a couple restaurants. The apartment was very nice with natural light, full kitchen, plants, and lots of space. Felt more like being home than a hotel or B&B. Staff was very friendly and how to say : it was overall very private (no one really there).
We like the facilities of the hotel with water boiler and coffee machine and a refrigerator.
2 water bottles are also provided.
But it seems that not the same facilities offered in every room. We have booked three rooms, in one of the rooms there is no coffee machine.
Big room with microwave and small fridge, looked very nice.
Pet friendly, green areas next to the building.
Tram / bus station few minutes to walk, easy to get to the city center.
Limited parking spaces on the premise, but managed to get the place on the property.
Spacious rooms and the center can be easily reached by train or tram. Good shower and good value for money. Some people complained in previous reviews that Ukranian refugees are hosted within the hotel, which is true, but this didn't bother or disturb us at al!
The staff was friendly and responded to all of our questions and needs. Breakfast was yummy and fresh, lovely with the omelette station. Our baby even got a gift from the staff, so so lovely of them! Room cleaned every day. Thank you!!
Everything was perfect for our date night!
From the welcome, to the room, the wellness center and dinner.
The special treatment given to my dog was the cherry on the cake :)
I discovered a new favourite hotel!
Tram and bus stop are in front of the hotel. You can park paid on the hotel parkingplace but there is enough free space to park your car close by. Breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price.
Unfortunately, this is the first time I have stayed with such negativity, but this is not a hotel. I think it is suitable for a camp in terms of design or a refugee camp.
You can walk to the shoppingcentre "de Boogaard" or take the tram in front of the hotel. The tram also stops at the train station Rijswijk and Den Haag central station.
