Very pleasant and more than functional hotel which excellently serves it's purpose of accommodating various sorts of guests. Room was quite as we expected and maybe even exceeded some of our expectations. It was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was very polite and professional, willing to do their best to make customer satisfied with the service. Neighborhood is very quiet, day and niight and, and the nearby streets are with very little traffic. There's is absolutely no impact on guests rest. Location is really excellent since you are in a modern quarter of Amsterdam with direct metro and bus lines in close proximity to hotel. In about 30 min of drive you can be in the very core of historic Amsterdam like being transferred to another world. Hotel Joy is a great example of how recommendable hotel should look like. Definitely, good value for money.

Everything was very good. We were quite satisfied with the hotel. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the main metro lines. There were also dining places nearby. We had originally booked for one night, but we extended our stay for 4 more days because we liked the room. The price is above average, but it definitely matches the quality. The breakfast was also quite good.
