Our hosts were very friendly, and looked after us. The room for 4 was great and spacious, and room in the garage for us to store our bikes. The breakfast was also excellent! Great little honesty bar too. Good selection of restaurants nearby, in a quiet residential town.

Room and bathroom was nice and clean, not any noise was noticed from the neighbors, the bed was comfy and clean. Great garden with some wild rabbits around was fascinating :), big swimming pool, and also nice place for the kids to play. Very big parking slots for 10euros per day and only 10min with train to the central train station in Rotterdam. Definitely we will come again.

We stayed in the junior suite which had a window overlooking the canal and bridge. Quiet area, so viewing of locals on push bikes was interesting. Our large room had good aircon, wifi, fridge and kettle with coffee etc. Breakfast was very good, both hot and cold with plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel convenient for walking from train station, restaurants, shops, tourist areas. Lovely sound of bells at certain times of the day. Very picturesque area. We shall remember the quaint Hotel and Delft. We've got the photos. Thanks to staff. Janet and Roy ( veteran travellers).

the staff was very friendly and communicative. they spoke good english and explained all the details i asked for. they were also very nice in the morning, so we decided to even stay for breakfast there.

The Carlton gave us a reasonable price room while we were at the location we desired. Parking is free. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge with a drink. The breakfast was very reasonable. We will return.

There was a warm welcome at this comfortable and stylish little hotel. Breakfast was fresh and promptly served. Lovely toiletries and a 'trust' bar is available in the evening. They made a booking at a local restaurant for me, and got me a taxi in the morning, which was very helpful
The staff were amazing! They referred the hotel / B&B as a "family home", and they truly managed to live up to that name!
And despite me asking Pieter Jan, the nice gentleman who runs the establishment with his lovely wife Jeanette, if I could check in at around 22:00 due to my late flight, the man graciously waited by the door of the hotel to greet my and welcome me to the family home.
This was really the greatest hotel or B&B that I've stayed at in ages!
The room was spacious with plenty of lighting and a large bed. There was outside pace for sitting in the evening.
Maasland is only a few miles from Hook of Holland very port so very convenient as an overnight before or after a crossing.
Nice and very helpful owners. The hotel is situated in a quiet and beautiful area. Close to the underground metro station. Large and comfortable and equipped room. Good breakfast.
