Good location for what we were doing, had a free shuttle bus to and from airport. Staff sorted early check in for free, room was so clean and spacious. Provides good toiletries and has UK plugs in room. Had a smooth trip so very happy. Also has gym and games room ! Also they have a 24/7 shop with lots to choose from

Check in and check out was quick and painless. The price/ deal I got on booking.com was amazing value! The room was big, clean, well equipped with a coffee machine and had the most gorgeous view! I was on floor 15! The rooftop terrace was beautiful as it was a sunny day and a handy snack bar in reception! Also the bike rental is brilliant - I rented one for a day for €18!

Everyday we took free hotel shuttle to and back to the shipool airport. From the airport we took the train to the center of Amsterdam.

Breakfast was ok. but unfortunatly they didn't have omelet. The location of the hotel was good. We had a car so every place was nearby for us. The rooms are quiet so that's a good thing. You don't hear the room next to you.
The employees were nice en friendly. Specially at the bar. They don't speak Dutch but they are very helpful.
I got a free upgrade and the executive room was lovely! The gym had a nice view to it. You can rent bikes which was lovely and the shuttle bus was very helpful. When it gets to the evening, you can’t easily get into the hotel as you either have to tap your room key or press a bell which I thought was excellent in terms of safety.
The property looks great on booking.com. In person, it appears to be outdated, somewhat old. a lot of doors were closed that guest were playing pool, ect and didn’t seem open to public like a normal hotel. We paid for breakfast but didn’t eat because we couldn’t find it. Very large hotel but very outdated.
The director of the hotel. I dont remember her name but she was great. She send me to Park plaza spa because their spa it was close and i had a back ache. Plus she gave me a discount for the room. Excelent person and so efficient and profesional.
the room was very comfortable, the location relative to the airport was good, and we really enjoyed seeing the pond and bike path right next to the hotel. the staff were very friendly, and the food and service in the restaurant were very good
Staff were kind, and the hotel was clean and airy. They have a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is a great help. There's nothing apart from offices around the hotel. Rooms were fairly spacious, and bed was comfortable.

Good hotel with a free airport shuttle, great just for flights but far from town and taxis are expensive, so great for flights but would not stay there for 2 or more days to see the city. Bus is 15 away. Dinner was good.

The location is excellent for Amsterdam Schiphol airport. There is plenty of free parking during your stay. There is 24 hour shop for snacks and drinks available in the lobby.
The conference was in this hotel, so it was comfortable location. I liked that they provided a shuttle bus from the airport. The reaction for issuing the invoice was quick.
The facilities and the room were great. It's not a cheap hotel but it's great value. The breakfast is great. If we go back to Amsterdam we will stay there again.
