Lot of space in parking, and it´s free, the location is quiet, appreciated that they give me the room before the check-in time without additional cost, staff is kindly but simple expect to have more attention for pet. Staying on an old ship that is docked by a city is a wonderful experience. They offered excellent tours to visit the areas that had been decorated so beautifully many, many years ago.

The selection was good. The offering of freshly cooked eggs and pancakes was a nice touch.
Nice to spend one or two days to catch a breath. Large parks (Hitland and Schollebos) nearby with different walking routes and ponds. Two large malls (Oosterhof and Alexandrium, and Koperwiek) old part of Capelle aan den IJssel is nice to go for a stroll a great variety of restaurants and great to go for a stroll along the IJssel.

Its a great Hotel and the location is perfect if you are driving as they have a parking and it stays only 10 min away from Rotteerdam city. The room was clean and very comfortable also the breakfast is amazing.

Pleasantly large room and bathroom as well. Refrigerator in the room is a super pleasant plus. The pretty large and free private parking is priceless, when you are coming by car! The location near the highway is ideal for making trips to other parts of the country. The hotel restaurant can be a lifesaver when tired in the evening :)
We liked the fact that it was quite close to Rotterdam and also there was a gas station/ Mini market next to it.
There was also a free parking which is rare in Rotterdam.
Breakfast was excellent (some vegan choices available as well), there was also a canal view.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since most guests were visiting for a local marathon, the hotel decided to extend the check-out time to 5PM, letting people freshen up after the event. The staff also tried to help us as much as possible with any requests we might have.
We were working in the nearby area so this hotel was ideal for us. The hotel had a jar of liquorice sweets near the front desk, which was always topped up and complimentary.
Central location for my needs. Staff were friendly and hotel and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good with enough variety and the bar restaurants provided nice meals too.
The cost, and close to kinderjik, enough parking lots, warm and cosy room, clean. A beautiful lake/pool outside the hotel makes it feel calm and peace in the morning.
