Room was clean, spacious and nice. Location of place was good - near various eateries and close enough to central Kuala Lumpur. Traffic was a bit busy to get to hotel at most times of the day though. Great! The location is perfect. We and my family (family of 5) booked 3 rooms then we upgraded our rooms to executive rooms and it was worth it.The staff were very kind, friendly and accommodating. We’ve got a lounge access on the 11th floor. We had free unli coffee and cocktails and we also had our breakfast there for more privacy. Hat’s off and kudos to the staff of the executive lounge for being so kind, accommodating and for providing all our needs there. Very nice hotel. Worth the money! The location is great, walking distance to Avenue K mall, Tapak food trucks, and Petronas towers.
