It’s only 5 mins away from the Airport. So we checked in just to freshen up , use the showers and rest a little before our flight at 10 pm. Dominos pizza was just 2 mins away and a coffeeshop with great food. Its was only an 6 hour stay but because it was only 5 mins away from the Airport , we knew we will not be risking getting caught in any traffic jam. Although we did not stay overnight, for the price , 6 hours stay was worth it to avoid the risk of getting stuck in the jam.

On checking in- and a comment for all gated accommodation in Malaysia on Booking.com- we need to ask ourselves a fundamental question: who are we gate-keeping? Who are we keeping in safe-and from whom? Who are we attempting to keep out-and why, given the relative safety and security of Malaysia- a notable feature of the country? These questions need answering before visitors feel completely comfortable with what seems overly complicated check in/out processes

Bayan Lepas is in the middle of Penang. It is nearby Georgetown and also Balik Pulau. Though it was not near the beach, you still can go to nearby beach during day time and spend your night in hotels around Bayan Lepas. You can save on your accommodation and enjoy shopping.

There is water dispenser available for both hot and cold water but not functioning. Need to ask for a kettle. otherwise meet my purpose of travelling. Parking quite limited and small area.
Its about 4 years since the last few times staying at this hotel. The feels & vibe still the same. The room is very comfort and now the TV is a smart tv & you can view netflix (using your own account la) and youtube :)
The best thing is the room already provided with iron & iron board. So you don't have to walk out and ironing your clothes at the end of the hotel rooms :)
Nice, quiet and clean environment. I was surprised that the hotel had a complimentary minibar. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, they were very concerned that they couldn't accommodate our request for clean sheets when we checked in. So when we told them all we needed was freshly laundered sheets, then it was easily resolved on their end.
I thought it was a connecting type of rooms but apparently it’s like an apartment with dining area, living hall and a ?study room. Like a homestay / Air BNB but with no kitchen. Haha. But its a hotel with breakfast (but i opted out as we went out experiencing penang’s food hehe. Overall nice stay, clean place, looks like new.
The location is 5 minutes away from Queens Bay mall, 10 minutes access to 1st Penang Bridge. Opposite of the road has local convenient stalls, food stalls, and Wednesday nearby there is a night market with plenty of food selections. Amazing location with easy access and sufficient parking with a friendly guard.
Good choices of food for breakfast. As for the location, a bit far from city centre but no problem getting public transport (Grab). If anyone attending function at the Spice Convention Centre, this will be the best hotel to stay if you are from outstation and also near to Penang international airport.
Rooms was comfortable. There's water dispenser in my room. First time I see this in a hotel room. Good for me coz easy to make my drink. There's a coffee machine too.

Apartment was fully clean. A lot of facilities. Nice view form the balcony. Suitable place for vacation. Extremely satisfied of the apartment. Highly recommended to all visitors to Penang.
