Everything was great! Both the location and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the views were spectacular. We had the upper room, where it's like a little apartment- with a kitchen, 2 rooms, and big showers. We enjoyed the fact it was off the main beach, but take into consideration it is a 5-7 min walk up the hill, for us it was definitely worth it!

The view & location wee great. The property was absolutely falling apart. To point that it was dangerous. We were electrocuted by the light switches. Part of the concrete balcony fell down the cliff. This place is not safe.

Very different according to what day of the week you go.
Very different according to what day of the week you go.
At weekends and holidays it gets very busy indeed with nudists and gays, who can be very overt with flaunting themselves, plus partying through the night until 4am making a lot of noise.
The rest of the time it is a beautiful place with nice sea and restaurants along the beach and very nice people

Beach is beautiful.
Beach is beautiful. Water is good for swimming, however there were some occasions when there was sewage sludge in the water. Nudist beach which was interesting. Can be too much with exhibitionism especially at either end and can be very noisy late afternoon to 4am.

Zipolite is beautiful and interesting.
Zipolite is beautiful and interesting. My husband and I like to walk and/or swim a lot on our holidays. We were disappointed that we could not swim in the ocean and walking was risky on the narrow 2-lane highway running through town, particularly since there were few sidewalks. The grocery stores were reasonably priced and Roca Blanca was a delightful little oasis of small shops, artisans and restaurants.

This is an end of the road old hippy beach town with no corporate presence. No big hotels or chain anything. Frankly it is kind of a dump and has no history, not even a fishing village claim. The beach and ocean are beautiful, but the entire coastline here is not suitable for swimming or even dunking. Very hot and humid even during my stay in early Dec 2023. Lots of massage, yoga, and alternative lifestyle things going on here. Lots of restaurants, bars and coffee places. Easy to just walk around the village. Just outside the village and up the hill are some better hotels with pools but high prices also, 200usd. If you want typical resort life you will be happier in Puerto Escondido area.

Best beach in the area. Not a lot to do .
Best beach in the area. Not a lot to do . The food at a few restaurants are way above average. Two amazing ice cream shops. And two different bank machines for cash withdraws. Smoke is easy to find and casual.
Corinna is a most excellent host. Friendly and helpful with lots of local advice. She also wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at her hotel. She even arranged for our cab ride back to the airport. The location is really close to the beach and some excellent restaurants. The hotel has a wonderful, tropical charm to it. Our room had air conditioning which helped on warm nights, and there is a lovely little private patio with a hammock which we enjoyed.
3m from the beach and 7m from playa del amor.
Staff very nice I have no problems. No view, just make sure if you go so somewhere don’t leave AC ON ALL THE TIME, help safe energy. If you wqnt to safe is ok. Room is only to sleep. No kitchen or microwave inside room. Other than that. Is a safe place to leqve your stuff in the room. One thing I dint like was, across street in the football field they teach dancing classes etc, music to loud, different times of the day.
The owner and staff were very friendly. The setup of the hotel was excellent for meeting and getting to know other guests. The pool was the perfect place to cool off in the heat of the day. The AC in my room was excellent. I also really liked the house rules especially the no noise after 10 PM rule. It assured I got a good sleep. Everything good in Zipolite was an easy walk away from this hotel. I couldn't have been more pleased.
Best view we ever had in a hotel. AMAZING! We could see the whales swimming from our room.
It's a very quiet place just outside of Zipolite and close to Puerto Angel.
Anne Laura is the best host. Very friendly, taking the time to explain everything and helping us whenever we had questions.
We would have liked to stay longer but unfortunately the place was fully booked
Beautiful wooden hotel integrated in the jungle. 2 level building among the trees but 1min walk to the beach. The best of both.
Each room has a lovely terrace with hammock.
Is a very basic room, functional and comfy.
King size comfy bed.
Hotel haa a lovely restaurant bar with good breakfast options, good service.
I liked how the property has lots of trees plants and greenery. A very quiet location at end of the zipolite beach. Resort right on ocean and my cabana was 50 feet from the sand of the beach. A two minute beach walk to the main avenue in town. A very private feel to this location and very peaceful
great place to stay in Zipolite - really nice to have your own space with a kitchen so you can feel quite self sufficient. a short walk (5 min?) from the town but that’s quite nice as it is a bit of a haven away from the busy main street - very close to the beach
Noga is attractive, well-located property on my preferred end of Zipolite beach, the Roca Blanca area. excellent restaurants like Cafe Orale and La Providencia, as well as a cool artisanal mezcal tasting room, are just steps away from Noga’s reception area.
This was my unique and perfect Oaxacan Pacific Beachfront hotel experience!! I LOVED that my room was rustic and beachfront, and I was serenaded by the sound of the crashing waves 24 hours!! My windows looked out on the majestic waves of the Pacific Ocean!
Best value in Zipolite, good location (beach, main street), yet quiet. Motel style, has air conditioning, private bathroom, hot water, mini fridge, all working fine, and pool. Excellent quality to price. 24 hr reception desk. Cleaning staff friendly.
Gorgeous room, right on the beach and with great views! Such a good location and lovely to have our own balcony and be able to use the hotels beds and hammocks on the beach. We also did yoga at the hotel each morning, though this costs extra.
The hotel is right on the beach and close to the Adoquín and center of the town with all the shops and places to eat. It has a nice deck with tables where food and drinks are served. The staff is super nice and helpful at all times.
The hotel itself is great. Well kept, clean. Friendly staff, attentive to detail. Surrounding vegetation is lovely. Cabañas are beautiful. Mosquito nets work well. Steps away from the beach. Very quiet during the DAY.
Amazing place to stay when visiting Zipolite. We rented a house with a pool nearby, which we could enjoy as soon as we opened the doors. We also had a delicious breakfast at the hotel. We liked everything.
The hotel is directly on the beach. We fell asleep and woke to the sound of the ocean. The room was immaculate. The view from our first floor room looked out onto the deck and beach.
Close to the beach. Nice boutique and bar in front of rooms. Comfortable bed, however the sheets were scratchy and there was no blanket. With the AC on I needed a light blanket.
Most beautiful place we have ever stayed at. The staff treats you like family. Best view of all of all Zipolite! 188 steps from the beach and great restaurants in town!
