We only stayed here for one night to visit Nevado de Toluca. The hotel offers a great value for money. It is not the most beautiful or special hotel but the rooms are big and clean and the beds very comfy. There is nothing we missed and we found this hotel a good option for a night's stay. The hotel is on the outskirt of town but easy to reach with a car and has a big parking lot. Across the street there is a supermarket and also in walking distance a Dominos pizza - we found both very handy.
Comfy and quiet room, high quality beds. Perfect location of hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff - they helped us with boxes of Corona beers from car to appartment and offered umbrella during rainy days. Perfect cleaning service. Protected parking. Bar with alkoholo / soft drinks on reception.
Good location with easy access to city center. Wide corridors, sky lights, decorations and indoor gardens (even if some needed attention) make for a airy and fresh feel when walking around inside the hotel. Starbucks in front of the hotel a definite plus.

Customer service was awesome! did enjoy my time at the hotel. Breakfast loved it, as it was buffet. Didnt take pictures as i used too, because i went to Hell and Heaven festival and at the end of the day we were crushed.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is near many eateries and it was across the street from the venue we were visiting and the city historic district. The hotel is very nice and clean.
