Breakfast was good, but at an early hour.. about 8:30am, they wouldn’t refill some of the food… I think they need more personal by that time in the kitchen

I like the swimming pool and fitness center. The swimming pool length is sufficient for a good swim and workout. This is the best swimming pool I have ever stayed at the hotels in Mexico. I will return to stay at this hotel next time if I visit Silao again.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the bar in the lobby. It was comfortable with a good selection. The bottle water provided was greatly appreciated. The security features in the hotel were incredible. I rarely see elevators that require the room key to get to the floor. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very good. I didn’t always have a full signal but I was able to do everything that I needed to do without a problem.
The rooms and the general ambiance of the hotel are great - I love the common spaces. The pool was smaller than I expected, but seemed well maintained and enjoyed by many guests. I loved the decor throughout the place, and the small kitchen and seating area in the room was a great surprise. The bathroom was gorgeous and functional too.
BF was good and substantial. We all 4 of us had their own rooms and agreed that he mattress and pillow were so extraordinarily perfect. One of us even tried to find the brand label on them so she could buy it back in the US! Shuttles to BJX ran on time and airport was quite close by.
I've stayed in several of the hotels near the Guanajuato Airport. This one is by far the best. It has a bar on the roof and a restaurant. The breakfast was really good. The staff is very nice. The rooms are very nice. Bonus for me is there is no carpeting so it feels cleaner.
I have always stayed at this great hotel, for its cleanliness and their beds and pillows so comfortable but this last time I noticed it’s not as clean as it used to be. The bathroom needed a bit more but still bed and pillows very comfortable.
Of course I will return.
All staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Rooms and all areas of the hotel were very clean. The beds were comfortable and quiet. We had a lovely and restful sleep! Thank you!! Also, the value of the room is great!
It was a nice hotel. At the price I was blown away. Perfect location, they arranged for a taxi at 3am for our 5am flight. It was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable. AC was excellent. Would absolutely recommend it and stay there again.
We loved our room. Only stayed for a night so didn’t get a chance to explore the hotel fully. Space was great and roomy, we appreciated the kitchen area and had a great night’s rest. The breakfast buffet was pretty tasty too.
Best hotel in town. Waaay better than Holiday Inn at the same price point. Conveniently located at a retorno. We have stayed there 5 or 6 times now. We will be back again in a few months.
