Stay was fine, everything as should be, clean spacey room. We were on the far corner of the building and that was a bit noisy in the evening due to a sportswear closely. But otherwise great!

For the most part, our vacation was enjoyable, we made it work, my husband and I stayed at this establishment for 14 days. Although we were not expecting resort treatment, management was not at all welcoming. We had been to Cabo on a yearly basis up until the pandemic and we were forced to not travel. The difference between this hotel staff management and our home Resort at Playa Grande is duly noted. Next time I'll just wait for availability at my home resort, lesson learned. Irene from the breakfast staff was probably one of the only employee's that seemed to enjoy her job or helping guest. Kudos to Irene,

This tour was great! Our tour guide "Jesus" was very informative regarding the history of the spots we visited and neighborhoods we passed threw. He was professional, pleasant and respectful. The glass bottom boat tour and the church were really nice! I did a tour similar to this last year with a different company and it was horrible! I enjoyed this so much more...
Keep up the great work. Thank you Jesus :-)

Really beautiful place and a must-see in life!
Really beautiful place and a must-see in life! We've enjoyed the restaurants and shops. There are a lot of options of everything: shops, restaurants, hotels, tours. Our favorite restaurant was Tres Sirenas - it was amazing and an event! Highly recommend it but it is pricey.
We didn't find the city very kids friendly: not stroller friendly and lots of party places (which we expected but not in that dimension and it was only end of April).

Most beaches are not swimmable and pretty packed at the few that are. The traffic is horrible so consider Uber rides instead of renting a car like we did. Uber there is excellent. The prices in Cabo were quite a shock from my prior visits years ago. I don’t feel 4 tacos, 3 margaritas, 1 beer and raw oysters should cost $180.00. The area is already overdeveloped and yet the construction continues. Way better spots in Mexico.

Cabo was a beautiful and clean place.
Cabo was a beautiful and clean place. The clear blue water and beaches were nice with breath taking views. There were plenty of activities for all age groups. We purchased our activities with Cabo Twin Brothers located on the beach just outside of the RIU Santa Fe Resort. Tony Bologna was was excellent and offered our family the best deals. His wife Dani is also sweet she offers the best beach front massages for the best value. We definitely will be returning.

Beautiful place to visit.
Beautiful place to visit. Be mindful, you will be approached often to attend a time share opportunity. The marina downtown is awesome, if you get a chance take a boat ride. Depending on the time of year, it might be cheaper to choose a boat the day you want to go. We reserved one, but when we got to the marina we were approached with cheaper prices.

Cabo San Lucas is a great winter escape.
Cabo San Lucas is a great winter escape. Warm sunshine, great seafood and fun nightlife. The water at the bay is just right for swimming or just cooling off. Highly recommend the parasailing!
WARNING! Don't get scammed by the Taxico people at the airport. We used booking.com to reserve a taxi from the airport to our hotel. We were greeted by the representative who had my name displayed as we got outside the terminal. He seemed genuine when he said we could book our return back to the airport with him in advance, and after paying him up front he gave us his phone number and a paper receipt with all the info on it, The taxi to the hotel was okay. But on our return date when I tried to call him to change our pickup time the number didn't connect, and even our hotel concierge couldn't get through. Beware of a man named Victor Morgan di Bella. We ended up using Uber X for our return.
The location was perfect – in town but not too close to the busy, touristy area. The hotel and grounds were stunning, breakfast was amazing and Aletse and her staff were lovely. She gave us great dining recommendations and a map showing their locations. She also gave us valuable info on how Uber operates when we headed back to the airport – super helpful so we knew what to expect. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to others looking to stay a bit off the beaten path!
for me, one night it is fine. Nice outdoor patio seating area with occasional breeze. Staff is excellent: friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying in downtown Cabo San Lucas Area (room is upstairs). They serve food and coffee in a.m at additional charge but I need coffee earlier and there's a convenience store across street. Staff were very friendly, helpful. If I needed to stay for an overnight in Cabo San Lucas prior to airport connection, I would stay there again.
Very good location & the bonus was we could go between two resorts, the other being Hacienda encantada. We didn’t know that until arrival & the Hacienda was really nice on a beach 🏖. I cycled it twice 30mins or there’s a free shuttle 🚌. The staff were excellent at our resort. I had an FUBU coat that I adore but it got oily via my fekkin 🚲, I was really cheesed off but the cleaning service at the hotel got every single mark out! The service was excellent!
The hotel was beautiful and staff was great. They always made sure we had everything we needed. the ambience was nice and had activities everyday. perfect view of the beach and Cabo rock formations. Super close to downtown for partying and also great pickup spot for any tours. Also close to other restaurants more north. the restaurants inside the hotel were great and had a lot of variety. The all inclusive package is a must and worth the money!
Really loved the breakfast buffet as the food was fresh and had so many options. And I got the all inclusive wrist band which was great for getting drinks and food. The view and location of the hotel is amazing. The bartenders at all the bars were great, fun and made amazing drinks. The location of the hotel is perfect to the beach and just far enough away from downtown/marina that you do not get bothered too much by people selling things.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The food was truly some of the BEST food I have ever eaten at a hotel (and I have stayed at over 40 hotels worldwide!) The hotel definitely eludes "Luxury" and is somewhat secluded, tucked far away from the more popular areas of Los Cabos. This hotel would have received a 10/10 from me if not for the negative experience I encountered towards the end of my stay.
The view from the Ocean View rooms is spectacular. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The lacation is convenient. The value for the cost is outstanding considering the cost of other hotels in the area. We love Monument Beach and the surrounding properties. the new SunRock Coffee Shop is very nice too.
nice looking hotel with decent beach. food is ok for an all inclusive. we loved the Reserve food buffet and the Nespresso shop. I liked the app to order room service . some friends with babies we were with liked the babysitting services provided.
Friendly stuff, clean room, air condition working, very hot showers, good WIFI, community area, hotel was very quiet at night, big supermarket and OXXO right in front, small, local restaurants around, away from the tourist area
Good base to travel to Cabo San Lucas. Private parking garage/space underneath the building. Easy acces with code. Hottub on the roof is very nice. Helpfull staff via Booking App for tips and questions.
Place is close by the downtown area of Cabo San Lucas! great spot for a little getaway or a family vacation. A lot of stuff to do at the resort. beautiful view and worth the money! breakfast is great!
Pretty Hotel, clean, comfortable beds, very well located from restaurants, the view is gorgeous in the afternoon.
Lovely breakfast
Friendly and efficient staff
Definitely will stay there again.
The location and the property was awesome! The sky bar, with amazing views of Cabo San Lucas, was the highlight of our experience! It was convenient to have a Walmart within walking distance.
The location is incredible, as for traveling for work, I could not find a better place and value for my money.
The hotel is not very busy, very calm and very close to everywhere in Cabo.
The private cove beach. Good community gated security. Well stocked market nearby and not too far from Cabo San Lucas marina and restaurants. Cottage had most of the comforts of home.
