A big city on a desertic plateau, surrounded by beautiful hills, which are mainly bare, with some cactuses, palms, and agaves. It has unique feeling, people can't imagine how could such a big city be built there.

Beautiful city.
Beautiful city. I was able to enjoy a few of its attractions due to the CV19 situation, but the ones I did were magnificent.
People were very nice and caring about the crisis with more measures than in the US such as temperature measuring, sanitizing pads for shoes, sanitizer for hands, distancing and mouth coverning. Some people were not keeping social distancing on lines but were readily obedient once admonished.
We were driving through from the MX border to San Miguel de Allende and never expected to find such a fabulous overnight stay in Saltillo. This place is worth every penny. Hugh suites, so comfortable. Staff at reception great. Lovely indoor pool, with another for kids. Superb in every way!
The price is great according to what is provided by the Hotel. The personnel was excepcional providing a quick and sharp service, always smiling and so on. My family felt great =D THANKS for helping me providing a great trip for my family
This was my second stay in this hotel. A one night stop between San Miguel de Allende and the US border. I will stay here again. The staff was excellent and I appreciate a place I can bring my service dog, and park my car safely.
Loved the location. Also the entrance with staircase and stained glass window.
The feeling of history about the hotel was also positive, though it needs a lot of TLC.
