The city is fine but the hotel was a desastre. I got the hotel for 5 days and we stay only for now day, because sink was licking no towels toilet had't no water the ppm was too hot because no air conditioner sheet beds where so dirty no elevator. nobody help us with the luggage so I decide to live next day, I am waiting for my money to be return.

A big city on a desertic plateau, surrounded by beautiful hills, which are mainly bare, with some cactuses, palms, and agaves. It has unique feeling, people can't imagine how could such a big city be built there.

Beautiful city.
Beautiful city. I was able to enjoy a few of its attractions due to the CV19 situation, but the ones I did were magnificent.
People were very nice and caring about the crisis with more measures than in the US such as temperature measuring, sanitizing pads for shoes, sanitizer for hands, distancing and mouth coverning. Some people were not keeping social distancing on lines but were readily obedient once admonished.

I like Saltillo their is alot of things to do. I like the people and culture the city is really big and you need a car to travel most places. Don't let the taxis scam you 300pesos is too much for me for a short taxi ride.
The hotel is located in the middle of a relatively new commercial/shopping area making it really convenient since it has multiple restaurants within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) plus a Walmart really nearby. The hotel also currently has availability of a taxi service (with special pricing for guests) making it easy to get transport if you are struggling to find a ride-share option.
The hotel was fine. Nothing super special, but okay. For others - there is no top sheet. This is normal in some countries but some folks aren't used to that. The BEST thing - we could login to Netflix on the TV (for others - be sure you log out if you log in!) Restaurant was OK. Staff very nice.
Breakfast not included. Rooms adequate, no a/c in our room (but that was disclosed beforehand and not really a problem in Saltillo). Staff friendly enough and informative. I like old hotels with big wooden furniture so this was great, and nice central garden area. Wifi is good.
This was my second stay in this hotel. A one night stop between San Miguel de Allende and the US border. I will stay here again. The staff was excellent and I appreciate a place I can bring my service dog, and park my car safely.
A nice colonial hose restored and built one more rooms, a pool as well right in the center of Saltillo. Quiet for sleeping, Clean and comfortable. Nice area to sit and enjoy the place. Covered parking just opposite the hotel.
Neat clean comfortable and well located. working temp HVAC & good beds. Good shower & bathroom. Good & secure parking. Breakfast buffet was okay for our daughters, we didn’t care for it. but in general: Hotel Recommended
The bed are comfy and the a/c works excellent, the best was the check out, at 1:00 p.m. but if you register on their site online, they let you until 2:00 p.m. That is so unique.
