Not much. The hotel and common areas look good on picture but as soon as you see things in real life, it is destroyed, dirty and falling apart. The picture don't ressemble anything like what you see there.

The hotel is run down and needs a lot of upkeep!! The staff do what they can but the facilities do not help if they are broken or just plain old and ugly.

The food is delicious and the owners and staff are warm and accommodating. Terrific location, dog friendly, right on the beach near tiendas and restaurants. A perfect place.
