The location is great, decor lovely. The staff were kind and helpful. I would stay here again. The gardens are like a calm oasis and the pool refreshing. We loved it. Beds comfortable, air con working, good shower pressure and a fridge in every room.

Perfect location near the end of all the hustle and bustle of 5th avenue but very easily walkable. The room was very comfortable with AC which was a great relief from the heat.
There was a fridge in the room which was so handy for keeping water cold.
The staff were very welcoming, special mention to Saul who was exceptional and made us feel very welcome. He organised a great tour for us and some great food recommendations!

* It was great having a laundry, although it would be helpful if they sold individual detergent portions as we ended up having to buy a whole bottle for just one wash. We don't generally travel with laundry detergent.

Pool wait staff was not attentive got ignored. the room was very dirty towels were not acceptable and found lubricant under my pillow which means cleaning lady didnt change the linens from the past guest! Disgusting
