It was very pretty and authentic! The lovely staff upgraded our double room to a suite which we were so thankful for (we didn’t even ask them to, they just did it!). It’s situated on the coolest little street in PV, if you stay you have to try the Al Pastor tacos at Pancho’s Takos down the street! Our room had a massive fridge and really great air con. If we came back, we’d definitely stay here again.

The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all very nice, helpful, and friendly. The standard room is very, very small but it was very clean and sufficient for a one night stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The sheets and towels were white (clean) and in good condition. The shower had good availability of hot water and good water pressure. The buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise, as it offered more options than we expected and provided something for every taste, both a good selection of hot and cold foods. The common areas of the hotel are very clean and well maintained, and provide several pleasant patio areas to sit and relax. Check in and check out were good. It is easy to take an Uber or a bus to and from the hotel.

Located at the beginning of the Malecon, a lot of restaurants around. The corner room has 2 balconies. The staff was helpful when I asked for a room change from the original one and they gave us this one.

The courtyard and swimming pool area are a really beautiful and peaceful place. The cleaning staff knew our names, greeted us every morning, and coordinated a convenient cleaning time daily. The daily complementary coffee and pastry was delicious.

Loved the location, room fairly basic but clean. Balcony overlooking the sea - great views and sunsets. Pool area very nice too. Right on the beach. Good beach too.
