It's a nice economic place at MX$400 for 1 person per night (although my room has two beds). In other words, at least for this trip, the rate in person is better than the rates online (Google, booking.com etc). They're in the process of expanding or maybe will be, as around 1/4 of the hotel is still under construction. It's not a quiet place as it's next to a busy main road, but it's not super noisy either, it's not in the centre after all. The way it's structured, you can park your car(s) right in front of your room. The Wi-Fi was pretty good and the receptionist allowed me to try it out first (in addition to inspecting the room) before paying. They accept cards with no commission. They sell some drinks at the reception at all hours and they have a small restaurant at low prices that opens until 11pm (food was pretty good). It's around 15 minutes on foot from the bus terminal, which is also where the closest area of restaurants and shops are at and there's a combi to the centre of the city not too far from the hotel. The room is pretty clean as well.

The restaurant never seemed to be open. We asked and they said yes, then when we were not greeted by any waitstaff in 20 minutes, we asked again at the front desk if the restaurant was open, they said yes, and gave me two menus. We opted to walk out and found a nice pizza restaurant two blocks away. Good secure parking at rear of hotel that is locked at night.

Excellent value for money - you pay more than double to get the same facilities in Pachuca centre. Hotel is located and designed for travellers with cars - travellers without vehicles will need to take a combi or taxi to get to Pachuca City centre which is about 12 km or so away.
