We live in a rural town and mainly come here for grocery shopping, coffee, dentist, optical, laptop repair and a steam room. I dont like big, noisy, crowded cities, but we dont have these services in our town.
We were traveling to pick up a new puppy so we appreciated the pet policy. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was appreciated. I work online and completed 2 video conferences using the hotel Wi-fi without any issue. Our room was a suite with kitchenette, which we didn't use but the refrigerator was appreciated. The hotel is set back from the road and the entrance is monitored, so it feels very secure.
It was clean and the AC was working well. They gave us a mini fridge for our room. Breakfast is always good. Celaya is a dangerous city but I feel safe at this hotel and there is a safe place to park the car. I especially like the roller shades with one room darkening and one light filtering. Another big plus is that the shower has a door and the water doesn't leak all over the floor like other hotels.
The Real Inn was a real bargain for me. A great, clean nice hotel with great staff at an economical price. The hotel is close to restaurants and stores. I took advantage of the buffet breakfast each morning before going to conferences. I was able to rest peacefully each night and some afternoons.
The room was clean and tidy, there were no smells, like in a lot of others small hotels. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The breakfast !!! It was excellent, everything was tasty and fresh, special thanks to the waiters :)
