Our experience at Swarn was exceptional. The staff greeted us warmly at the jetty, making us feel immediately welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and the team had already taken our lunch order while we were still at Dharavandhoo jetty—service you don’t often find even in luxury hotels. Our personal host was incredibly attentive, staying in touch via WhatsApp throughout our stay. The ocean views from our room and bathroom were truly the highlight, offering a serene and calming atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and both the service and cleanliness were top-notch. The food was plentiful and impressive for a local island in the Maldives. Kamadhoo, located in BAA Atoll, is an underrated island that truly is a hidden gem. The beaches are stunning, especially the expansive Bikini Beach. The island is convenient with a few cafes, restaurants, and shops. The local residents are kind and welcoming. The reefs near the beach are well-maintained and incredibly beautiful. We also enjoyed a Manta excursion, just a few minutes from the island, where we had the amazing experience of seeing Mantas up close. The excursion was well-organized by Rifaa and his team. Additionally, the spa therapist, Erna, provided an excellent massage, enhancing our overall relaxation. We will definitely return again and again!

Everything. Since you enter, you feel like a home. Owners and all staff are very kind and helpful. The island is clean and bikini beach really close to guesthouse. You can borrow all equipment for snorkeling for free. There is a great rooftop where you can practice yoga or just have a rest with coffee.

From the very first moment they welcome you on the airport to the moment you leave this paradise on the earth, everything was just p-e-r-f-e-c-t! Top notch personnel where everyone is trying to pamper you and fulfill all the wishes. Buddy - you are the king! Great food for breakfast - even better for lunch and dinner (special recommendation for Japanese restaurant). Overwater villas are located directly over the reef with incredible marine life underneath (snorkeling felt like Windows screen saver :). On the scale from 1 to 10 I give them 11! It’s a very peaceful island, the property is clean, staff Ali is very helpful and friendly. You go here if you want to take a break from the rest of the world. Theres not much to do unless you do the excursions on offer. I didn’t mind this and you get used to not doing much. There are two places you can buy a meal, the locals are friendly. I went in low season and was the only tourist there. Wifi is great at the property.

We had a great stay at Kihaa Holiday Home! It is on a local island and the food was made my women living on the island and was just delicious! The house reef is very close and nice! The owner was very kind and helpful and introduced us to the local people and customs. He also organized local transportation and the contact for seeing mantas for us- which was one of our highlights!
