Exceptional staff who were patient even when busy. Quadro restaurant staff were also amazing. My cousin got me a pool suite in addition to my own room and it was great.

All the staff were very friendly and willing to help if you had any problems the cleaners were also lovely making sure the room was very clean every day we were properly looked after during our stay I could not ask for any greater service
