It has a great location, right next to the big square but still a bit off the big roads so rather calm.
The rooms are huge and very comfortably equipped. Feels more like a one-room apartment than a hotel room.
The staff was very helpful even for more special requests and generally speak decent english or will get one who does.

I enjoyed the stay at the Grand Hill Hotel. The room was clean, quiet, with a good view. I especially enjoyed the tasty breakfast with wide range of options in a good atmosphere. The Pub Restaurant in the 16th floor offered tasty food.

Buffet breakfast, all the meals on the menu, rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I prefer to stay at Ibis over Blue Sky or Tuushan for value for money when I'm in Ulaanbaatar.

The staff are very friendly and super helpful! They are attentive and thoughtful too, particularly front line staff Amarbold who went out of his way to assist us on many occasions during our 5 nights stay. We have such good memories of Guide Hotel including the nice breakfast buffet spread.
