Loved the design, the room was very clean, bed very comfortable and the staff was really kind and nice. Food was also very good. They were very kind to make me breakfast at 5 am before my departure which was amazing! Definitely I will be back in the future

Always bargain, no matter what. Then tip the vendor generously. Your extra dollar in tip goes a long way for them.
As everywhere else, don't give the pickpocketers any opportunities.
Keep a wand of 100 Arirary bills for the children along your route. After all you can get about 42 or 43 of them for a dollar. 300 Ariary can by them a good snack.
Toliara is a city that never sleeps.
And don't forget to visit MANGILY beach. 1 hour away, and worth the ride. ICI PISCINE has a nice restaurant. RAZA, the owner, is a great guy. You just ask and he makes it happen. He has a great lodge with swimming pool there. Very affordable.
