The charm of the location of the hotel, The beach was gorgous. There are five beaches to walk to and have cocktails at different locations. The staff it at the hotel were so wonderful and could not have been more helpful. Junior was great. getting us taxis and reservations to towels for the beach. I could go on and on. We felt like we were in paradise.

The water was beautiful and the apartment on a perfect location but there’s still so much destruction from Irma on Grand Case. Also lots of businesses closed. Not many stores or restaurants to stroll by

A lot of properties are still ruined and vacant from the hurricane in 2017. But the properties open are great. Amazing restaurants, cute stores all within a short walk along the main road. Cool and casual beach town.

Make sure to visit Sunset Cafe at least once - the food is absolutely out of this world. Same with the local joints (Lolo’s) down the road! Great beaches, great food, good shopping, and everyone is super friendly. Can’t go wrong.

I hadn't realized how much was destroyed in Hurricane Irma. There were only a handful of restaurants open and a few stores to shop in. However the beach was clean, and the water was blue. Everyone was friendly but it was difficult to walk to the restaurants because of so many cars driving so close to you down the street, and no sidewalks to walk safely. Definitely wouldn't have taken my 3 year old there had I known about the road conditions. On the positive side, the restaurants were so sweet to my daughter and made her the most delicious toddler plates. She ate every bite they served.
The studio apartment was well furnished & comfortable with a great view. It was good to have a shaded deck & also the use of sun beds & umbrella on the beach. Location was excellent being right in the centre of Grand Case so easy to walk to restaurants & small supermarkets. Happy Bay was an easy 40 minute walk but well worth it for a lovely, quiet bay. Don't miss the excellent local barbecue cafes at the north end of the main street.
Great accommodation, very cozy and comfortable! Excellent amenities in this self contained unit, had everything we needed for our 2 week stay and was perfect for our holiday. Felt very safe and secure. On site parking was extremely convenient, we were home between 10-11pm every night and always found a place to park. Great host who was very welcoming and helpful with any questions. Excellent value for cost, especially in Grand Case.
the property is not located near anything , even other food options . for a luxury property at a luxury price it should provide more amenities. for example the breakfast should offer more items other than pastries and a little fruit. a cappuccino ? eggs? there is nothing else close by. and on New Year’s Day this would have been nice when even driving somewhere was impossible . this would have a been a nice hotel for half the price .

The concierge Alex is very receptive and quickly fixed any issues, he organized the exchange of broken A/C on the very next day.
The checking and checkout were easy and Alex accommodated our schedule.
And he is really a nice and caring guy.
We've been coming to St. Martin for 20 years and this location right on the Grand Case beach is fantastic. The unit has a terrific balcony overlooking the water with large-size rooms. Fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Please note the photos are of the adjacent unit; this unit actually has a better long view towards the Grand Case Airport.
I can't even describe how much I enjoyed staying here. I really felt safe and surrounded by great people. I was in Hotel Hevea for around 17 nights and I had the time of my life.
It was a super comfortable place to go back to after a long day exploring the island. I really felt at home!
Extremely well furnished 1 bedroom apartment with a great view, open patio and deck area leading to building’s private little beach. This property was extremely clean and well maintained. The decorative and welcome touches definitely made this feel like a home and not a hotel.
Location was perfect for arriving on the French side of St Martin, with the beautiful Grand Case beach and a range of restaurants nearby - from high end to traditional delicious Creole cuisine. Cynthia’s talk of the town is a must visit!
Pierre is an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. His property is lovely and very clean. In a good spot accessible to all the great restaurants in Grand Case. We would definitely stay there again.
