The territory was very well designed with a lot of facilities such as a modern kitchen equipped with cutlery , a fake sleigh track,multiple barbecue wood pavilions a bar with a great variety of beverages , Hookah ,Sauna ,and even an outdoor hot tub (which is included in the price )

The location is very close to the inter-city bus station, which is convenient for those who do not drive. There are several coffee shops and restaurants within an easy walk. There are also points of interest within a short walk. The studio was cozy and efficient. The entrance faces a courtyard which is not accessible from the street. I travelled alone and had zero safety concerns at the property or the city. I needed an iron and received one in short order which I very much appreciated!
