The male staff were very friendly and accommodating of several requests I made. The pod style beds were the main reason why I chose this hostel for my stay in Tetouan. The shower was great and it was (surprisingly) the first hostel I stayed at in Morocco that had a bum gun in at least one of the toilet stalls. The rooftop is quite nice. The hostel is easy to get to from the nearest medina gate.

I visited Tetouan at the time of Ramadan, which added a new dimension to the whole experience. The medina is of a fair size, possible to walk through it using the markings. The people were also friendly and willing to help if asked for directions.
The Archeological Museum has a nice collection of mosaics from the Roman time.
The bus terminal is a short walk from the medina, but I found that not all the buses listed were actually running. Out of 3 buses in direction Tangier (8:00, 8:15 and 8:30) there was only one bus on the morning of my departure (at 8:45 🙂 ! )

A prosperous town with lots of people living their lives out on the streets. The Medina is not as pretty as the Fes Medina but felt more relevant to the daily needs of Moroccans and much less crowded. Delicious and inexpensive pastries available everywhere!

Tetouan is one of (if not the most) beautiful city in Morocco. The people there were amongst the friendliest I have encountered in Morocco in the two trips that I have been there. Many foreigners go to stay at the nearby beach properties, and miss out on the jewel that is Tetouan.

It's a strange city.
It's a strange city. We stayed in it for four days and it seemed very long to me.
Very interesting old medina, but 2 days to see the city is enough.
I found there was almost no place to eat in the city - we had to go to Martil for a fish restaurant.

The place is very amazing and i wish i had more days to stay here. I got a chance to visit another city an hour away called Chefchouane (The Blue City) its another small city not far from Tetouan and i will definately recommend a visit there, its has amazing falls and friendly markets and. All in all Tetouan has alot to offer and if you ever get a chance to spend time in the city centre of Tetouan please i will advice to go to a small coffe shop called AMAZING COFFEE, they make coffee to die for and the staff and owner are just very friendly and great people. Generally i will sum up by saying i will be back here cos its a really good place.

Excellent value for money for food. people very friendly but be prepared to contend with a lot of people insisting on offering to bring you on tours of Medina etc, this was the only annoying thing I found on the trip but very hard to avoid. Very cheap restaurant called "La Union" in Teteoun, taxi service is excellent and cheap.
We used Tétouan merely as an entry/exit to Morocco. That was a mistake! I suggest you spend some time getting to know the city and locals. And I can highly recommend this place as your home base. The place is a relatively newly opened hostel and youth-oriented cultural center. Beautiful building and highly motivated staff. They were an inspiration and it may likely have been the “coolest” place we stayed while in Morocco. Wish we’d stayed longer! Bed mattress was firm, by the way. For me, personally, that’s a positive.
I spent only one night, the rooftop was quite cool, in front of the mountains, the receptionist lady was nice to me. The shower was hot...
What i loved the most in this riad is the kindness of one ladies who work in there, she was very kind to me, and she gave me slipper when i need it..., ill definitely come back one day.
Well i can tell that this riad will have great future. Since it well decorated & well organised.
If mix that with the kindness of the staff's. The result could be the best riad in Tetouan.
I had a great time in this guesthouse, location is right in the old medina of Tetouan, the house is freshly renovated, and also Marwan as a host was incredible - he helped me to find the accommodation and also gave me great recomendations where to eat and what to see in Tetouan. If you are looking for a cozy place with great location, I can 100% recrommend Casa Marwan. Oh and also, the kitchen is very well equipped + the breakfast in the morning was fantastic 👌.
For a 3 star hotel, they have a nice pool. We were 'upgraded' for the 1st night of our 7 nights stay because the guest who was staying decided to extend his stay by 1 night. The bungalow was more spacious but as informed by Yassine the staff, it will be a bit noisy till 12.30am because the band will be playing at the Bar by the poolside. Which was the case for every night we were there. Glad we switch back to our initial booked room away from the pool and bar.
The Riad was beautiful, with spacious and immaculately clean rooms that comfortably accommodated three people. The manager and his family were exceptionally friendly, assisting us with printing our tickets and even providing breakfast for our early departure before breakfast service began. It's a lovely place that I highly recommend, especially if you're seeking a peaceful retreat in Morocco.
The location is great being close to the old souq and the famous feddan square. It's 5 minutes' walk from the CTM bus and Taxi stations so it grants you easy access to nearby beaches such as Martil and Capo Negro.
The host, Mr. Ahmed, is very hospitable and welcoming person who can help you know the Tétouan city better and give you useful tips on getting around.
The hotel looks beautiful, The room was very nice , There is a beautiful view on the terras, looking over The Medina. Mounir and Abdul were fantastic hostal, helping with everything. The braekfast is also really good.
Thanks Mounur and Abdul for a wonderful stad.
The view is stunning! The rooms are clean and well managed. What I liked the most about this hotel is that they also provide prayer rugs, which is a rare thing hotels provide for muslims. The staff is very nice as they provided us a great gift for our honeymoon!
It gets extremely loud in evening and night when the bar is open, there is no noise cancellation and the hotel is not family friendly and mostly male frequented.
It is located in a central area but getting there is quite difficult and requires asking around.
This location is ideal for those traveling light with backpacks and seeking a traditional riad experience rather than a typical Western-style hotel. The riad is in situated in the old Medina, the staff was exceptionally helpful during the check-in process.
Riad Las Mil y Una Noches is located in the medina of Tetouan. “Las Mil y Una Noches” is Spanish for “1001 Nights”. The rooms in the riad are named after characters from 1001 Nights. We stayed in the Zumurrud room. Breakfast was excellent.
The Riad was very nice and in a perfect position to experience the true spirit of Tetouan. My stay was made perfect by Abdelhadi, who took good care of me, suggesting the right places to visit to catch the beauty of Tetouan.
The staff were the bests hosts I've had. Hanae and Asha were so kind, attentive and welcoming. This riad offers genuine hospitality. Our bed was really comfortable and our room so quiet. It is my favourite stay in Morocco.
Hotel located at the heart of Tetouan nearby the old medina and various restaurants/services. The balcony in the suite room gives a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains.
