This is an elegant clean spacious hotel. My room was a beautiful suite with a great view of the pool. The bathroom was huge and elegant and the shower was divine. These things matter when you’ve been traveling all day in North Africa. The staff was incredible… from the doorman to the concierge to the waiter in the lobby… all wonderful.
Room service was delicious. The server who delivered it was so kind and hospitable. They even brought a complimentary plate of fruit and deserts just to say welcome to Oudja. It’s super close to the train station. My train didn’t depart until 9pm but the staff took care of my luggage and let me hang in the lobby and read while I waited. I was offered tea many times. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Wonderful experience.

The owner of this magnificent place is one of the best persons we met in Morocco. He went way beyond our expectations and helped us as much as he could. I really recommend visiting Oujda and getting to know Eastern Morocco. Dar Al Fassia is the best guesthouse you could dream of!

The room was very clean and comfortable during my stay. Although I only stayed for 1 night I'll surely return next time I'm in Oujda. The beds were comfortable and the toilets were clean. Very friendly staff that helped us so much. WiFi is very fast too, and the best thing is its location, the hotel is located in the center of the city and everything you need is right next to you.

What makes this hotel so exceptional is the staff. They were very attentive always tried to make us feel comfortable and help us out in any way possible. The rooftop terrace is great and the breakfast was simply amazing. One of the best coffees I ever had!
We loved Oujda as a typical Moroccan town with no tourists. The hotel is conveniently located next to the city Center and an old riad. Installations are not new but all is comfortable and the owner is very helpful and has all the tips.
The staff were amazingly helpful, in spite of the language barrier. Room was beautiful and the beds very comfortable. WiFi worked very well. We visited during Ramadan and had some delicious home cooked meals in the hotel.
The property is very close to Oujda city centre. ALL the staff are really helpful and available especially the 2 ladies in reception during the morning shift.
