The property is quite nice - albeit dusty and a bit worn in - but luxurious for the area. Breakfast was included but lacking protein - mostly Moroccan pastries, with a little lackluster fruit. Dinner was good. The best part was our large room with windows on either side and a bench and table area. The pool was pretty but I did not have a chance to try it out. Loved the camel fountain! Parking is good and protected. I would stay here again.

We did the one night tour with the camel treck, staying in the luxury camp, and it was amazing. Everything was perfectly organised, Hassan was very helpful and every step of the tour was a pleasure, and the people involved were nice and accommodating. We also had a room for us to wait before the tour start and afterwards when we came back. Booking was quick and simple and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended

Outdoor meal was in the desert - grill - local type - wow, we all enjoyed!
Additionally, was easy to walk arround and to have a drink in some local caffee shops - very nice.
Avoid ..!? to short stay to avoid anything, just add few more days.

what is the most beautiful thing during my trip to Merzouga I stayed at Hotel Les Roches Merzouga and I have a pool this summer before I went to the desert with hotel les roches, they have their private luxury tent, which is located in a great location where is so calm and has a small garden where they grow fresh veggies it was an amazing experience with hotel les roches Merzouga
It was just perfect stay in Sahara Majestic in Sahara. Actually before I had some doubts about if it is worth staying in camp, or better choose some hotel in Merzouga, I have chosen this camp and it was the 100% right decision. I could not imagine better accommodation from all points - it is super comfortable, interesting, authentic staying, people working there are super friendly and willing to help. I hope to come back here in future. Thank you so much, it was definitely the best impression during our trip in Morocco. AFRICA!!!!
Camping in Desert is incredible. We stayed in Mirage Luxury camp for one night and the staffs gave us a very warm welcome. Staff are friendly and room is comfortable. Surprisingly, the camp provides dinner and breakfast and it is the best meals we had during our stay in Morocco. We enjoyed the camp fire with traditional berber's music after dinner. Everything is just so perfect in Mirage Luxury camp for the first moment we arrived there to the time we left.

Hassan and the team were fantastic! Friendly, helpful and professional service throughout my stay. I stayed 4 nights and in addition to the hotel they organised a camel trek across the dunes and a stay in one of their luxury camps which was spectacular and amazing value for money! Also the food really is some of the best I've eaten in all Morocco and I've been here 2 months already! The place is beautiful, like a small Palace with a great pool area over looking the dunes directly. Highly recommend!!!
There is no doubt that this is a fantastic location to pick for your stay in the desert. It is a nice camp with wonderful hosts, good cuisine, and clean cabins and toilets. The staff is really welcoming. They provide a full-day Jeep trip, which we also took. The majority of them will allow you to climb the desert dunes in addition to visiting all the major sites! In the middle of the desert, they also prepared a delicious lunch.

Our guide during our camel ride to the desert camp was nice and prepared a great dinner for us, while we stayed in the Desert Camp overnight under the stars. The dunes were something else and we are so glad we got to experience them. Everyone here has shown us great hospitality and we can't wait to tell everyone back home on our travels in Beautiful Morocco: the amazing people, the mint tea, the abundant and pleasant sights!
We stayed with my little family at Riad Les Roches Marzouga, it has a great location on the edge of the desert, good facilities and the pool was very welcoming during the heat of the day. The owners were also very helpful - we went on a night excursion to the hotel's desert camp which was a nice trip - there was dancing, singing, Berber music and we also enjoyed the atmosphere and stargazing which we enjoyed very much.
The staff's efforts to make your stay in Merzouga as good as possible are amazing.
They helped us arrange fun activities to do in the desert, they continuously provided us with coffee and tea whenever we were there, they let us park our car there after checking out, they washed our clothes, they gave us tips for the rest of our trip though Morocco. And they were just so friendly and fun to talk to. Thank you so much!
Best trip of our life. The service was great during all the trip. Hassan has been looking up for everything to be perfect during all the trip. The van was amazing. The hotels were great. The desert camp was a dream, for sure the best place of all the desert camps nearby. If you want to do a trip to Morocco this is your best option. Sunset desert camp is one of the best desert camp I have ever stayed in. From the staff, exterior decoration to the food, everything was brilliant. Everything was perfect. An hour camel ride into the desert and a quick stop to watch the sunset. Once at camp you are greeted with tea. Inside the tent is like a fancy hotel room. Food was great. We had the best time of our entire morocco trip at camel's house. Mohammed the host is super friendly and treats you like family. We could use hos sandboard for free and offered a super cheap and amazing excursion in the desert. If you are staying in merzouga or hassalabied, I would definitely recommend to go to camel house!
Very spectaculaire view on the highest dunes of the Erg Chebbi. Friendly staff and nice food. To arrive at the hotel with a small car do not follow the path from Merzouga allong the dunes.You might get stuck then (as we did). Cross the plain desert on a dirt track close to the Shell station straight to the hotel

This was our first experience in a desert and it was amazing. In Morocco the are a lot of tour operator that can bring you into Erg Chebbi (merzouga) or Zagora. Zagora is not like Merzouga! If you want to find high san dunes (up to 150 mt) choose Merzouga
