Was very faced paced and you need to keep your wits about you, especially on day 1…. Be wary of taxi drivers as they tend to have a broken ;) meter, best of getting the roby taxi app, a bit like Uber and they seemed to stick to the prices if you went through that……
The excursions were amazing and we crammed a lot into two days but the markets etc… were a bit too full on for my liking (I’m not as extroverted as I used to be).

We had the most delightful stay at this charming riad.
We had the most delightful stay at this charming riad. From the moment we arrived, Gilbert and Hajiba showered us with warm hospitality, making us feel right at home. Despite being just steps away from the lively energy of the city, the riad welcomed us into a serene oasis of tranquility. The juxtaposition of bustling streets outside and the peaceful ambiance inside was truly enchanting. Our gratitude to Gilbert and Hajiba for curating such a memorable experience. We can't wait to return!"

We made the most of luxury Riads close by our hotel.
We made the most of luxury Riads close by our hotel. Eating out in style for much less than in Spain.
We walked everywhere, and got lost a few times, but people were nice and helpful.
Felt safe all the time.
Airport departure, be aware that you need a min of 3 to 4 hours to get through all safety security checks.
Enjoy the vibrant colours and hectic, busy life in Marrackesh.

It is a good ancient city with a good local culture.
It is a good ancient city with a good local culture. It is worth a quick visit (2 days).
Bahia Palace, walking in Medina, and Riad Dar Yasin, where I stayed, were my best experiences.
However, it is a Muslim country that does not allow tourists to enter mosques or universities, and you can not enter any of the palaces either. Therefore, there are limited attractions to visit.
The biggest challenge is honesty. Whether it is a taxi, hotel, shopping, or tour guide, you must constantly watch for scammers and fraudsters.

Amazing city - lots to see and do, friendly people great food, good bargains if you're polite and patient.
Nightmare airport!!!
Yes, it's very clean and beautiful but it took an hour and a half to get through passport control on arrival and minimum two hours to clear all the different queues on the way out and that was only when I was allowed to jump the final queue because the gate was closing.
For a four day trip, spending 50% of one of those days queuing at the airport was annoying enough to put me off returning.
The pool is nice , quite big and never too crowded. The hotel is a short taxi ride away from the main square. The pool bar has a ok selection of drinks for example coffee, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Staff were nice and helpful. AC works fine and keeps the room cool even when the outdoor temps reached +36C ( 97F). Food selection was good. With all inclusive you get breakfast, lunch, and dinner it was nice to get bottled water to the room.
We booked an old town whole day tour trough the hotel, which was so worth it.
the place is absolutely beautiful, like an oasis in the busy market. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. it was amazing to chill in the pool in the warm afternoon or relax at the rooftop at nights. above all, is how the Riad is managed and the staff, make you feel you are in with dear friends always with a smile no matter what. you will not find the level of service in any other top 5 star hotels. the team really goes out of their way to make you happy. so glad we got the chance to spend 3 days in this wonderful place.
Jacqueline was a wonderful host, we got a lot of useful travel advice during our first stay in Morocco. The Riad is like a little paradise. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts in the court under the orange trees and the afternoon relaxation on the roof terrace. The hotel staff was super kind and professional. The location is excellent, within 15 minutes of walking from the main square. Also there are some nice restaurants nearby. We would love to return some day.
Hotel is all inclusive, there are great variations of food and drinks. Hotel is practically new 5 years old. There is free shuttle bus to Medina. Its safe and good atmosphere for family. Personal at hotel is great and helpfull. I like Zakaria from reception very profeasional and Smiley who is amusing people is also great.
Also my check out was at 12 , they offer me to stay until i need to go on flight. It was great experience. I will come back one day.
Excellent trip we booked two rooms for our family. Every thing was above expectation Reception staff specially Samir was well trained professional . We used most of the hotel facilities including pool, breakfast , restaurant, room service, shuttle service, they were all up to professional standard. Our experience staying in this hotel was 5 stars specially my children like it very much
All the staff were very accomadating, never have I ever experienced this even in a 5 star hotel. The manager - Hamisa was outstanding! We also had lots of support from the staff person Achraf as he was able to help translate from French to english. It felt like a big family and being one of our own. Also want to give thanks to Yousef who was able to accomadating our needs.
This was such a cute boutique hotel! The staff were lovely, the accommodations were beautiful, and the beds were the comfiest I had while in Morocco. The hotel is off from the main road a bit so it was quieter, but still close to tourist attractions. The spa experience was very nice as well. Finally, I really enjoyed the breakfast! Lots of food and good coffee.
The location was excellent, near everything you want to see in the Medina but tucked away so it’s quiet! Host Yassine is excellent. he is very friendly with everyone, always happy to see you and gives excellent recommendations. he was also very quick to respond to me in the leas up to my visit, as his hotel was my first stay in Morocco and I had some questions.
Mr. Lahcen helped us very well and guided us well. He is very nice and helpful person. He really does his job well. It was beyond our expectations. This is definitely a hotel for families with children. Restaurant, breakfast and bar you can enjoy culinear food. pools are warm. everyone is with smile and very nice. This hotel deserves 5 star
Hospitable staff who will take care of your every need. Ask Mustafa the host what you need, and he will arrange them for you. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Don't expect a 5 star hotel because it is not. But if you're looking for good value in a quiet neighbourhood and you don't mind walking to Jemal el Fna, this is a good choice.
The hospitality of Mustafa and Maha was exceptional! Such kind people. The place itself was really clean and it had heating. We stayed there after 3 nights sleeping on a camp in the desert so we were feeling like in a 5 star hotel. The dinner and the breakfast were delicious and served with a lot of attention to the detail.
Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Large, very comfortable rooms. Lovely big pool, lots of sunbeds with pool towels provided. Option to go all inclusive if you wanted, however could also not go all inclusive. Lovely breakfast. Short taxi ride to centre of medina. Easy to go into the centre for dinner.
I loved the beautiful courtyard, how accommodating the staffs were and how delicious the food the Riad prepared. We booked this place for one night because we were coming back to Marrakesh from Fez and we were leaving Morocco the next day. I definitely will consider coming back again.
Upon arrival, the help desk were slow to respond. the check in process took ages to be completed!
the elevators were only 1- operating! in what said 5 starts hotels!!
we never had a chance to find a parking spot. we HAD to park in the street!
Top class riad, had dinner on the roof terrace which was very good. Very welcoming staff who looked after my needs constantly, 5 Star customer care at this Riad that has a feel of a top class boutique hotel. Thanks guys!
Great value for money, amazing & very help staff. Good food and drinks. Overall this has to be the best all inclusive hotel I have stayed in. My friend & I will be back in November 2023!
