The studio (maisonette) was modern, clean, comfortable and everything we needed whilst in Echternach for the Mullerthal trails. Our host was very welcoming and helpful with great tips and truly interested in how we were experiencing our vacation. Location is along the Mullerthal trail route 1 and very close to route 2, ideal for an early start when (as we did) walking each of those in 1 day.
Offering a garden and garden view, B&B Alferweiher is located in Echternach, 27 km from Trier Theatre and 27 km from Rheinisches Landesmuseum Trier.

Patrick is a very approachable and welcoming host, very knowledgeable about the surroundings and very attentive to any needs. The rooms were spacious enough, comfortable and had a great shower.
Great place for a short hiking/relaxing trip.
The paths are perfectly sign-posted and there are so many to choose from. Easy to get around, and having free public transport makes it even easier to get around.

Beautiful gem in Luxemburg.
Beautiful gem in Luxemburg. Tiny, narrow streets of old town are astonishing. Colorful, clean, plenty of flowers. A place to enjoy. Parking is free from 6pm to 8 pm. Supermarket Cactus in walking distance from the old town.

Recently renovated hotel, pleasant atmostphere, very comfortable shower and bed, spacious room, the perfect place to stay after two long days of running the Müllerthal Trail. Very nice lady who even dried our shoes for us. And the breakfast was also very good.
Amazingly friendly staff, perfect location, delicious fresh tasting breakfast (maybe the best we ever had in a hotel/b&b), the rooms were perfect. Communal fridges were available to keep our food and drinks cold.
Delicious buffet breakfast is served in a room with a view of the hotel’s external area. Spa facilities with sauna to relax in the evening. Ample parking space available.
Really nice sauna, best we’ve ever seen in a hotel.
The view from the terrace.
Really nice environment.
Really spacious rooms.
Staff was really friendly.
