The main thing for this hotel is that it is very close to the airport. Breakfast selection was great and the staff both at the reception and in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable rooms, quiet premises and great amenities. The breakfast was impressive. Most important, access to the city center was very easy, on foot, while a large green space along the river front offered many alternatives (cafes, small markets, restaurants, etc.)

A compact city with lots of history and interesting architecture. So many lovely cafes and restaurants around the city. A lot of the city is walkable. Museums are closed on Mondays so consider that in your planning.

Gladly surprised with the city. Really fun and interesting.
Gladly surprised with the city. Really fun and interesting. Uzupis is the area to stay and party. Really young and alternative vibe. I bought a public transportation pass for 3 days but honestly I could have done without it. You can walk pretty much everywhere.

Vilnius is a Baltic pearl.
Vilnius is a Baltic pearl. Having visited a great number of European countries and cities, big and small, I was really surprised how Vilnius out-stands them all in many aspects. This city is so vivid and bright, young and artistic, it does not look similar to anything else. Hosting many talented and artistic people, it seems to be very functional and evolving, while still taking care of culture and tradition and integrating all aspects and requests of modern society with now damage to nature, harmony and ecology. This is like if druids from some fantasy novel would have built themselves a city and took good loving care of it.
People of Vilnius are great. Vilnius is very modern and focused on evolving its banking system and researching financial technologies, but even so - it still has strong connection to its rural areas and you can feel nature and rural vibes in people and streets, even if you see people on expensive BMW's and Helentwagens, wearing strict business dresses - you will still fill this Lithuanian spirit, loving and respectful to the nature. This central concept helps the whole city stay harmonic and very green almost effortlessly. It is surprising how much Vilnius is underrated, but on the other hand, its great that its not drowning in tourists, you will still easily find a seat in local coffee shop to take a warming cup of coffee with desert and enjoy a great view on the beautiful Vokiečių street. You should come and walk not only in the center of Vilnius, but also in more distant districts, just allocate more time for your travel and in different areas you will get reach atmospheric and existential experience. Not to mention that it is one of the cleanest cities in Europe and definitely one of the safest.

Wonderful city with lots of character and history to learn about. We registered for walking tours which helped us to get our bearings and hear stories from local people. The city has lots of great bars and cafes including a food market hall with great options.
Using the Bolt app, it was very easy and cheap to get from the airport to the city centre.

Winter season can be rainy and frosty though light...
Winter season can be rainy and frosty though light decorations on the streets and city inhabitants in the evenings give charm to the city. Restaurants and pubs are full, it looks like gastronomy and drinks are very popular. It is an interesting castle visit in Trakai which you can reach by bus or train. There are multiple sightseeings including churches and museums
Vilnius is my home town, you wont regret staying at this hotel. Me and my partner stayed second time. Location is the best, you on the right side of river with tall buildings, few shopping centers with food courts close by and just across the bridge you are in the city centre with beautiful old town, coffee shops and restaurants! Briliant. Hotel has parking which is the best option if you want to stay close to city centre/old town as park in there it could be hard and expensive.
We will definitelly come back.
Beds were comfortable, the staff was very nice. The location is good, just 10 minutes walking from the city centre/old town. If you are by car, this is a perfect location for you. I also seen bus going to the airport, but I really can't say anything about the public transport.
The rooms were big enough. Wifi was good; good signal, no problem with quality. Breakfast was good; there was cheese, scrambled eggs with warm sausages, fruits, and some other kind of warm meal (always different).
Apartment was really nice and cozy, spacious. Location was great, everything in the old town was walking distance (at least everything we needed). Apparently apartment is administrated by a company in which apparently no one speaks Lithuanian it's neither - or a + it just might be useful for someone local that will be renting and doesn't speak any foreign languages.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the city centre, but also quite close to the airport and the bus station.
The staff is very friendly, and they always try to help.
The breakfast buffet is also very good, with both typical/ traditional Lithuanian and international foods, that would satisfy savory and sweet teeths alike.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff was really helpful when needed.
The architecture is quite interesting, with roboust interior and high ceilings (floors also in between).
Location is top! Airport is in a walking distance (approx. 15 min), bus stop 3G directly in front of the hotel. Easy and quite fast access to the city centre.
Initially uninspiring hotel with floors of long, stark and dimly lit grey concrete corridors... it turned out to be a very clean functional hotel boasting good breakfast and fantastic location within walking distance to bus and train stations plus old town center. Quiet too. Very good value. Would definitely stay here again.
I stayed at hotel congress for two days and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was very delicious. The bus arriving from the airport stops near the hotel and the old town is in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again in the future
Recomendations for this hotel, in bigger room there is cooker where you can cook, they also have microwave for share use. They have free parking, but when is full, there is also cheap parking around. Place is convenient - really close to shops and not so far from city centre or park. Best for the price! Thank you
Really good breakfast with many options, the restaurant at the hotel is also great but pricey (for Vilnius).
Room was quite big and mine had walk-in shower, which I liked. Staff was helpful and reachable despite not being 24/7 at the hotel. Excellent location for seeing the Old Town. Self-check-in worked well.
Excellent value for money. Big and comfy room. Modern hotel with a lot of rooms. Excellent connection from/to airport. Public bus from airport drops you right in front of hotel (no need to book bus in advance). City centre is just a ten minute walk away from the hotel.
Room was very good for the price.
Best part was that hotel allowed us to check in early at around 12:30 PM which was great considering we had reached early.
Location is walkable from bus stop.
Old town also walkable to have a nice stroll.
The location made the Old Town very walkable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. My only concern was that it is an old hotel so, there is no elevator and we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs.
It is not the first our stay in Hiliday Inn Vilnius. Hotel rooms has everything you need for living, even iron in the room Very good breakfast, a lot of various dishes. Good location - in the center and 10 minutes walking to old town.
The comfort of a classic style hotel at a great location to explore the Old Town (and beyond). Good breakfast too (though there are bakeries and bistros around as well). Fast wifi and the bath tub in our room was nice.
Wonderful breakfast, extremely friendly staff, good hotel bar, bus stop to the train station or airport in 5min walking distance, also the Old Town is just across the river. Very clean, quiet and spacious rooms.
The location of the hotel is perfect. Just outskirts of old town. Easy walk into the city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Really good breakfast too.
Really lovely hotel in the old town, well placed for the sights and river. Very good breakfast selection and very quiet rooms. Reception were fabulous, really helpful and knowledgeable.
The best hotel we stayed at during our entire 19 day visit to Poland and Lithuania. Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, great location, very helpful staff. The breakfast was good too.
