There is this particular restaurant we enjoyed most (for Chinese food lovers) *Jing Binlou* 10/10 I totally recommend.
On the contrary, those from Vilnius can’t use their bus cards in Klaipeda. We needed a new bus card.

Great port town with a large estuary/lagoon harbour and wonderful beaches on the amazingly long coastal Curonian Spit and Curonian Lagoon – Klaipėda is at the northern tip. There's plenty of interesting history and architecture in the center, and short ferry rides across the channel to the forested Curonian Spit for beaches, long walks, cycle rides or tramping, as well as the same (without the Spit) north of Klaipėda. Palanga, just 30 - 40 minutes north is also interesting, with forest belt and beaches along the coast and a spa facility nearby (be prepared for large crowds during the summer holidays). Plenty of shopping malls and beautiful parks in Klaipėda too, and the council is adding more improvements/facilities constantly.

Best time to visit is during summer and early autumn while temperatures are warmer. Cash and visa/mastercards are accepted widely. Bring any kind of jacket and umbrella because it's coastal city.

Klaipeda is nice beautiful town that has a very interesting combination of architectural styles in it: at one point, you see an old building of around 19th century and then you turn around and see a port with huge modern constructions. Air there is fantastic: you literally brief the sea. The greatest part was that it took less than an hour to get to the Courish spit whose sea side and sand dunes cannot leave you unimpressed!

Klaipeda is a wonderful port, beach, resort and vacation city. Here you can find entertainment for every taste - bars, coffee houses, parks, beaches, promenades, sculptures and interesting architecture with a German taste. You can go to the Curonian Spit, where you can get lost on the endless beach, visit interesting museums, walk through the forests, have a barbecue, and also appreciate the beauty of the sand dunes by going on a trip along the winding eco-trails. It remains only to follow the vagaries of the weather and not to lose the excellent mood.

OK, so the list of options to select is too limiting when it comes to visiting Klaipeda region and the possibilities of what to do.
I first visited Klaipeda in 2005 and I have to say as someone who loves travel, nature, restaurants, wine and cocktail bars, café culture, art. Klaipeda Has come so so far.
There is something to do for everyone. I used to cycle a lot; there are kilometers of cycle and hiking routes through some fantastic bio-diverse forests.
I once saw thousands of swans on the Curonian water channel.
Beautiful sandy beaches that stretch for kilometers.
A wonderful outdoor, free, sculpture park that you could spend the afternoon in, surrounded by trees, in the middle of the city.
So much to do here. Love it.
+ Don’t know if the hotel was half empty or it’s good noise isolation but we didn’t hear anybody during our stay.
+ Location is very close to Klaipeda centre.
+ Pleasant, relaxing interior design.
+ Free drinking water and tea in room.
+ Nice and cozy SPA zone.
+ The hotel located in yellow parking zone, which means you can park your car nearby for free on weekends. Also the hotel has its own parking, but we didn’t use it.
+ Checkout until 12 pm
The hotel is in a convenient location and offers tastefully-furnished rooms. The self-check-in option offers privacy and convenience when arriving in several groups. In general, the hotel is a really good option for a short one-night stay if you are staying there only to spend a night before continuing your journey.
Hotel from the outside looks nice, the staff is helpful. But in the inside of the rooms some of the elements are really below economy level (like faucets in the bathroom, some light bulbs, TV remote barely working).
For the money paid it is probably OK, but hotel in the downtown of Klaipeda could do more probably.
Without doubt the most perfect place I’ve stayed in Lithuania. The owner has an impeccable sense of interior decor and it was super cozy. And with 30+ c temps in Klaipeda, the air conditioning system was a real savior (and surprisingly quiet). Awesome place, awesome find!!! I’ll be back!!
+ Close to city center.
+ Spacious room.
+ Loved that they had wine glasses and corkscrew.
+ Also you could buy wine in hotel's restaurant, because in Lithuania you can buy alcohol till 20:00 and it was too late to go to the shop. Also that there a waiter who knew good English.
Breakfest restaurant was cold, mostly people wear jacket. Food choise was minimum.Quite disapointed for this 4 stars hotel compared other where i stays in Lithuania before. Never go back. SPA was quite dirty and not clean
Location is perfect, just few minutes to the old town of Klaipeda. Hotel exceeded our expectations, very cozy, room was well equiped. Staff - very pleasant and helpfull. Breakfast - everything perfect, enough hot meals and salads.
Located in the city centre but a bit away from the crowd, Memel is quite and peaceful. Room was big enough, clean and comfortable. For breakfast hotel also serves Lithuanian food, giving better impression of Lithuanian life.
bedroom came with additional room, where one could sit on a sofa and watch TV, location of hotel close to old city was ideal. We arrived from the ferry by public transport, the hotel was just around the corner of a busstop.
The best place in Klaipeda. In the center of the city. Very spaceous and clean conditioned room. Secure parking. Abundant breakfast for all tastes. Cozy bar with discount for guests. Staff beyond expectation.
Very clean and new hotel, the room was big, comfortable bed, nice restaurant, good location with a lot of parking slots. Good breakfast in a big lobby. Very friendly staff! Will stay here again
Great location, everything reachable by foot, beautiful views from the room window. Hotel provides affordable car parking space close to the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful.
The location was great! Close to the city center. The breakfast was good. I especially loved that there was no noise in the hotel, which allowed me to get a good night sleep.
The best location in Klaipeda, people who making this place know how good design looks like, very comfy and spacious, a good mix of old and new, price was good as well.
Nice hotel in the old town, staff is friendly and helpful, location is perfect for exploring the town, the breakfast was good with a few local specialties
