The friendly staff there, people can so friendly in some parts of the world. Breakfast was served on time, although they somehow miscalculated the number of guests. When one wanted to have some fruit salad, it was long eaten up by the other guests, and there is no longer some fruits to eat, however, that was not a train-smash for an old man of my age. The respect given to guests was amazing.

The location of the guesthouse is excellent, upmarket, safe and tranquil. When in the well-kept garden you get a glimpse of the beautiful mountain views. The rooms as well as the dinning area are clean and comfortable. Thanks to Chef Flo, she makes delicious breakfast served with a variety of other delicious foodstuffs.

I didn't like anything. Potholes everywhere in the city.
I didn't like anything. Potholes everywhere in the city. People are hostile they always talk to you in their language even if you tell them you don't understand their language. Too much traffic congestion, people park cars in the middle of the road and it is nobody business. The city is horrible

The breakfast staff were simply AMAZING! Their friendliness was exemplary. Their Captain's breakfast is SUPERB and great value for money! You can't go wrong with that one!
I love that this place supports community development, which I fully support!

As I was there for a wedding, I didn't have time to check out some of the must-see places which were about 2 - 3 hours drive from Maseru. will definitely go back to experience those. The Thaba Bosiu village and monument were amazing. I wouldn't recommend driving in the heart of Maseru as the local are crazy on the road, there is no uber in the country so you will have to just toughen up and drive in the area.

It’s a beautiful country with stunning scenery but it has too many underprivileged people.
The infrastructure is not up to scratch. A lot of development still needs to be done. There’s shacks everywhere and the town is not clean.
Travel is easy in one’s own transport.
Places to see : Katsi Dam, Maluti Mountain.

I was really disappointed, I did not expect such filth and disrespect.
The manner in which the residents drive was unacceptable. Everything is far apart, you have to drive long distances to get to destinations.

I have been to 8 African countries and stayed in hotels and lodges in past three of my four months tour. So far, I received the most personalized service from K4 B&B in Lesotho. The Manager and staff went above and beyond to assure that all my needs were met. When transportation became an issue, the manager volunteered to tour me around the country… and wouldn’t accept more than the money for the fuel. Kind and selfless people do exist in the world 🥳
Everything and everyone! The staff were amazing! Professional and very attentive. They always went out of their way to assist my colleague and I.
The whole establishment was spotlessly clean and well kept.
Good selection of food in the on-site restaurant.
Safe and secure parking next to the rooms; well lit at nighttime with CCTV cameras and all night security guard.
I highly recommend The Clan for an enjoyable stay in Maseru!
I give Pule's home a total 10, the place was clean and cozy. It felt like home away from home. The treatment I received was absolutely professional, the hospitalism was excellent it all started upon arrival at the airport. If you're looking for a place to stay/sleep in Maseru you should really consider this place
Foothills is my go to place to stay in Maseru. The staff is great, and it is always a very comfortable stay. The location in Maseru West is convenient and quiet. It is also nice to have the option of being able to cook if you want to. A nice surprise this time was that wifi was available.
It was better than any 5 star hotel! Palesa and her husband went out of their way to make us comfortable. The two-bedroom cottage was modern, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Anna cleaned the cottage & washed our clothes We spent 5 nights there and will definitely return.
This is a wonderful place to stay in Maseru. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They really go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. The bed was massive and comfortable and the shower was excellent. The breakfast at the restaurant was incredible!
The place is well looked after. Clean, warm and welcoming. Breakfast was really good. The staff were great and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Kick4life will now be my place of choice next time I visit Maseru.
I really loved this place the host is amazing, makes you feell home and the surroundings are peaceful. Not far from the Maletsunyane Falls this place is perfect for traveling with kids I will definitely come back.
For what I received, it is real value for money. The host really went an extra mile to ensure that I felt comfortable from the time I booked and checked into Maseru all the way to when I departed.
Good place to break up the trip in Lesotho! Had all the comforts needed… comfy big bed, good shower and working WiFi. The dinner was affordable and free tasty breakfast included
Location is quite good given the noise that is in the city. I Easy to access other amenities around Maseru. The ladies at reception are quiet nice and welcoming.
Very homely property, great for families, quality finishing across all rooms, all three bedrooms specious and en-suite. Location not far from Maseru CBD
