The staff were very friendly, there was always someone at the service desk to assist with any questions. The breakfast was a generous portion and included unlimited tea/coffee/juice. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of town within a short walk from the train station. From my balcony I could see Ella Rock! I would stay here again.

The residence was super nice! Thimira was such a wonderful host and was so friendly, smiley and helpful. Easily one of the nicest people we met while staying in Sri Lanka. The room was super spacious and had a gorgeous terrace where we had breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was very nice too. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel is so beautiful and incredible value for money. They greeted us with fresh juices and brought us to our room with a nice view over the town. The room was spacious and clean. There were a few ants on the wall but that is to be expected for a hotel in the middle of the forest. Pool was nice to cool off in and the pool table was lots of fun. Staff were all very kind and helpful.
