This is a little gem and was one of our favourite stops in Sri Lanka. It's also right by the entrance of the national park which made our sightseeing convenient and easy. Bandula and Anousha are lovely hosts and go out of their way to make you comfortable and help organise your sightseeing. Our room was spacious an very clean and comfortable.

Our stay at Galoya Lake Club was the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed our amazing tent rooms with our view to the lake and the adjacent swimming pool that we used a lot. The location is amazing!! We used the free kayaks every morning at sunrise time- magical. Every thing was in order from the little things to the big ones. The owners and their highly trained staff made us feel very welcomed and indulged .

The room and property are clean, nice and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The owner is a husband and wife and they couldn't be more hospitable. They have a dog and cat, we love animals. They bought them out when we asked it we can see and play with them. We would return here again. I highly recommend staying here if your in the gal oya area. Really nice people and stay.
