room was cute, view fantastic, breakfast lovely (best Roti we had in the whole of Sri Lanka), Staff were lovely. However, there is a bar right next to the property which plays REALLY loud music, until 2/3 am, even if it is empty. it's a real shame, as the owners of the property can't do anything about it, but to be honest it totally ruined our sleep and therefore our stay. If we come back we will stay at the sister property up the hill, and leave this one for the younger crowd!

The chilled atmosphere where nothing is a problem! Lots of activities provided for without a fee- snorkelling equipment, volley ball, yoga (donation welcome), cricket sets, board games. Was great to be out of the hustle and bustle of Hiritekiya but still only a short tuk Tuk ride away

Room and bathroom were quite small but it was all about the balcony and the beach. We were there at a nice quiet time of year. Nice to have the pool to cool off in. Manager was very friendly. Amazing breakfast. Couldn't swim directly outside the hotel but we did take the body boards further down the beach where the waves were safer. Lovely clean beach. Wish we'd stayed longer.
