They have pool with a very beautiful garden. The rooms are huge. We had a big balcony aswell. And they had for us a Elephant with a towel and flowers in the bed. Nice touch

It's like 3 minutes walking to the beach and just in front have the train railway. You can see it like 3 times per day, which its really cool.

The breakfast was delicious. I was able to pre-order the night before so they could ensure the had what I wanted and it was freshly prepared. I also ate dinner at the property which was equally delicious. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the owner came to check on things daily.

Nice room with two balconies in white colors, maybe in colonial style. Good bed, linen, towel. Good pressure of hot water. Delicious breakfasts in the picturesque garden with coconut palms, a fruit plate - the largest we have seen in Sri Lanka. Two minutes to a large empty beach. The place is quiet, the railway did not bother us. Actually it was a fun to watch trains passing by. The hotel did not offer lunch or dinner, but there were several restaurants nearby. My wife had a massage and she liked it. The owners suggested visiting a turtle farm. 10 minutes by tuk-tuk. We liked it very much. You can look at newborn turtles and even hold them in your arms.

Was thoroughly disappointed with the service. There was one person taking care of everything there so maintenance was bad. Though rooms were spacious felt that it was not maintained well. The rain water entered the rooms and everytime we had to go search for the person in charge to come n clean. Door knobs were not working curtains were dirty. We paid too much for this place with no facilities.

The beautiful beach and easy access to to it. The food is great with a lot of options, make sure you ask them for the 10% discount for booking.com, otherwise they tend to bill you the full amount. Very eay to get around Bentota, just take a Tuk -Tuk, only 200-300 LKR to get to places around, plenty of great dinner options for seafood, if you like that.

We visited Bava Garden in Benthota and did a boat ride. The people were nice and helpful. The beach was relatively clean and safe to walk around. Bentota has a number of good hotels though a little bit expensive. Galle city is just 45 minutes away.

As when we arrived at our accommodation it appeared we were in the middle of nowhere. But our host Jaya was very helpful in showing us around. There are actually 4 restuarants right next to Bentota Station. Can highly recommend tuna tuna 33. Very good quality food at very reasonable prices.
Unfortunately we only stayed in the accommodation for three nights because we were traveling through Sri Lanka by tuk-tuk. The River Breeze Villa is absolute madness. Pradeep and his family are so incredibly nice and accommodating and try to organize everything you need. The bed was the best of our trip so far and there is even a pool that you can use at any time. There is also a great breakfast. If we are in Bentota again, we will definitely come back. Thank you so much!
The resort is situated right on the beach and you can literally walk out on the beach from the resort. The rooms were spacious (with a sit out area) and clean. Breakfast had very few options but was wholesome. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance on the beach and a couple of them (Janu's and Palm) were really good.
The hotel was able to arrange a cab for a decent price for a day trip to Galle and also helped us with the drop back to Colombo.

Charming design elements, luxurious, spacious rooms that opens up fully to let the sea breeze and magnificent views in. big comfortable bed and chic bathroom. nice big pool with gorgeous sunsets reflected on it. Absolutely divine food! the best have had in Sri Lanka. Our kudos to the chef once again!
The hotel entrance was very inviting, the staff were super friendly, the public areas and the room were super clean, has access to public beach and their pool is very nice… also it is close to many very good seafood restaurants. Lalith's bungalow offers the best way to enjoy Bentota and it wonderful beach. You get the support of a knowledgeable and caring host and his wife who went out of their way to help and make ones stay enjoyable. The accommodation is comfortable, in a quiet location in its nice garden, is well served and highly recommended. Enjoy a proper Sri Lankan breakfast. I look forward to returning.
The location is perfect, just few meters to the beach and very close to many restaurants. The room was very nice, very clean and with AC and hot water, which was perfect. The guy and the woman were very nice and friendly people, helping in everything we could need and more. And then the breakfast was very good, the best one we had in all the travel around Sri Lanka.
The room is very clean and look exactly like the pictures. The pool is also very nice and clean. It is the best place we stayed during our trip to Sri Lanka. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and provides you with everything you need. They even have a lamp for the mosquitoes, so you can enjoy the evenings on your own terrace. We highly recommend this place.

A lovely Guest House for quiet and relaxing stay. Very clean, very comfortable, very stylish. Wonderful breakfast, probably the best in Sri Lanka :) Located near the beach (across the road) where we could use sunbeds free of charge. Guest House provided beach towels as well. The place and the facilities will take you to a different level, luxurious and quality. The staff were supportive, helpful and welcoming. The spa is a must try as you won’t find such level outside in Sri Lanka. I lost my bag and our personal assistant Urada and the manger and all the Sheraton team were surprisingly supportive and helpful.

This is a beautiful historic property by one of Sri Lanka‘s most famous landscape architects. The beauty of the property is unmatched.  Breakfast was delicious, but one should confirm the order in which you like it presented.
