The property is at the perfect location, where you have access to everything. Moreover, the staff is incredibly friendly and always greets you warmly, no matter where you meet them, and they are very helpful. Although I didn’t use it, there is a shuttle service to their beachside lounge, which you can enjoy as a visitor. The food was amazing, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and they promptly replenish your toiletries as soon as you run out. The rooms are very clean and smell wonderful. Last but not least, I must mention the rooftop pool with a breathtaking sea view. Thank you for your hospitality and for hosting me.

I stayed one night at IVY, the front desk receptionist sabah was extremely kind and very helpful.i checked out, and later found out that my passports were in hotel, they called me and Infomed me about it and kept it safe till I collected it.
The staff were awsome.the hotel was safe too.
